Top floor 2 bedroom residence equipped with large fridge, microwave, TV, washing machine and dryer. Large deck with magnificent views of the Camden Haven River and North Brother Mountain and surrounds with BBQ and large dining room table. Carport to park car. 3 kms from Laurieton township and shopping centre; 30mins from Port Macquarie; 300m from boat ramp, boat hire and shop. 5 minutes to bowling club. Haven for all kinds of boating crafts, deep water mooring facilities and excellent fishing.

Blissful end of year getaway

Fabulous stay in a stunning property in a beautiful location. An incredibly relaxing break, with walks and beaches nearby - and the odd pod of dolphins cruising past the deck!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cate's beautiful apartment. We ate all our meals on the lovely balcony. Very relaxing. We did several excellent walks in Crowdy Bay and Kattang NPs all within a short driving distance. Cate is a wonderful host and we can highly recommend a stay at this property.

The unit is perfectly positioned across from the water, providing incredible views and a relaxing environment.The appartment was very comfortable with everything thought out what you could possibly need.My dog loved exploring the river walks as we did with the surrounding area. Host was great, easy to communicate with. Location of Utopia units are excellent, very clean, well equipped, homey and welcoming. Beautiful water views, very relaxing. 300 meter walk to Boat-shed/coffee and cake. Short drive to beaches shops and restaurants. Fishing right out the door on Camden Haven river. We were travelling for over a month and this was the nicest place that we stayed.The only downside was when we asked for extra hand towels we were told than one towel for three people, for three days, was quite sufficient.

We loved our stay in Dunbogan. Great views over the river, fantastic deck area, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. We explored the area with great bush walks, beaches and lookouts. We highly recommend this property and Cate was a joy to communicate with. 5 star!

Location was the BEST.

We loved the outlook and the layed back ambience. Nice little touches like the Cadbury Roses and all the necessary items in the kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds and a great deck. Definitely a boomerang apartment, loved our stay.

Wow what can I say. Wonderful, superb they don't seem to do Utopia justice. So big and the verandah was bliss, looking over the water watching the boats. They house itself had everything and more, even an ice cream maker. Thank you Cate for allowing us to stay it was a little touch of heaven.

The house was well organised, clean and has a magnificent view. I would come back any day any time.

The serenity is everything. My wife and I had an amazing time in unit 5 overlooking the gorgeous surroundings. I will definitely recommend my friends to spend some time there. Thank you for the hospitality.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

The unit is large and the living area and deck have a fabulous outlook over the water to the mountain. It is a short drive to Laurieton and pleasant walks abound. We would like to have had more time for a longer stay.

Cate was wonderful despite the awful floods she had managed to get everything ready for us the apartment was very clean with stunning views over the river Huge deck with table chairs and swinging seat so that you can enjoy the view Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need plus extra supplies Beach chairs in the laundry Comfortable beds one room with a view Lovely living room with great sofas and again the fabulous view can’t wait to come back thank you Cate !

A Rare Treat

Beautifully presented unit with such attention to every detail. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and so many extras included - shower and hand wash, shampoo and conditioner and a well stocked pantry/kitchen. We love the outdoor deck with it's wonderful view.

5 stars all the way! Beautiful location. I could almost dip my toes in the water, and feel the splash of the passing dolphins and resident pelican, from the cosy swinging chair on the apartment deck. All the comforts of home, with the style of a seaside escape. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness, and the bed was so comfortable we struggled to get up in the morning. We struggled to leave full stop actually! Such a gorgeous little fishing village with a local boathouse cafe straight out of the pages of a book only a stones throw away. Many adventures can be had here, and we shall certainly return. Especially seeing as I couldn’t quite finish the puzzle that was supplied! See you soon Dunbogan, and thank you having us in your home Cate.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely location, quiet, great views, clean. My partner spent the day here working, couldn’t have a more pleasant office. Myself and our 9 yo were out and about ... plenty to do in the area. Everything you need in the apartment.

This would have to be one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The view was stunning and the property was immaculate. We had such a great time that we can't wait to visit again.
