For your information the local ordinance has quiet hours at 11pm and we ask that our guests respect that as we live on a quiet residential block. Strictly enforced. For that reason we do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO candles or open flames allowed on property - inside or outside. Also we have added an exterior camera to monitor the exterior of our home for liability reasons for our insurance. It is located at the side of driveway. There are absolutely no cameras located inside the house or facing the pool.
Pool will be closed October 18- May 10th.

Also, City of New Buffalo passed an ordinance, effective 6/14/21, that limits parking to 4 cars maximum, limits number of guests to 14, enforces the noise ordinance and requires a Reservation Summary. That form requests the full name and date of birth for the main contact, full name and age of each guest, and make, model and license plate number (including State) for each car that will be on the property. That form needs to be in the city’s hand no less than 24 hours before reservation. That form will be sent to you in a fillable format but if you would rather send me the information, I can fill it out for you. Thank you for your cooperation.
