We have a huge new dock - it's over 5000 sq ft with six different slips of different sizes. This is a deep water dock great for swimming and parking your boat, approximately 200 feet from the front door. One of these slips are 60 feet in length designed for large cabin cruisers. It has two separate swim areas, a bar with a fenced-in area for small children and dogs, and two other sitting areas. We have 2 kayaks, a slide into the lake, a hammock, fans to keep the air moving, and plenty of space to relax, drink, and listen to music It's going to be a great season!!
In addition to the bar on the dock, the property has an awesome bar just above the dock looking out over the cove. This bar area has a refrigerator, icemaker, margarita machine, stereo and TV to watch your favorite sports! Sorry ladies. LOL.
The house has new appliances, whirlpool tub, beds, furniture, flooring, 65 inch TV. This property has a great view surrounded by water on three sides. There is a deck off of the master bedroom to enjoy the panoramic view.

The house has three bedrooms and two large couches. It will sleep between 8 and 12. The master bedroom is in a loft with a queen size bed, private bath and laundry room next to the master closet. The master also has a huge open wall looking out over the living room with a huge barn door for privacy. There is a second loft bedroom designed for kids and/or young adults that has a queen size futon. ALL THE TWENTY SOMETHINGS LOVE THE LOFT! The main floor bedroom is a typical bedroom off of the living room with a beautiful barn door and a queen size bed. The couches are very comfortable and can sleep an additional three people if utilized for sleeping. There is also room for a queen-size air mattress.

The property is located between Gravois Mills and Laurie in a very quiet cove. Laurie has several shopping centers with three Grocery Stores, bait and tackle shops, bowling alley, movie theater, and many other businesses. There are numerous bars and restaurants close both by water and land such as Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Captain Ron's, Bear Bottoms, Shady Gators, Tap and Grill, Lake Burger and many more. It is a great area of the lake - very quiet yet close to a lot of attractions.

PARKING! There is lots of parking as the property is over an acre, perfect for boat trailers, large trucks, etc. Parking is a problem all over the lake, but not for us!

PETS! We love them and are pet-friendly. We have another property we have been renting for a couple of years and have never had a problem as we just ask that you be reasonable if you choose to bring them. Nobody knows your pet better than you! We do not charge a pet deposit but please remember you will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet. However, we take our two dogs everywhere and have never had a problem. We understand this is the vast majority of pet owners. There is a DOG PARK about 15 feet from the front door with grass tree's and a bench to sit down. The puppies and people love it.

Great Stay

Great place to stay. Rusty and his son were both very friendly and helpful. The dock was a great place to relax and fish and swim and kayak. TV on dock was a pleasant surprise!!!😎…. Along with ice machine, refrigerator and running water at the bar.

Great location & host

It was PERFECT for a bachelorette party! We had 10 girls. It was enough room for everyone and we all slept comfortably. It was in a great location.The host is very responsive and will do anything to make your stay perfect! We even forgot some things at the vrbo and he mailed them to us. The dock is stunning and we had an absolute blast. We would highly recommend and we will be going back! The girls and I talked about doing an annual trip!

Lake of the Ozarks

The house was nice. It had everything you would need for cooking, and it’s updated. Great place for dogs, with their own bathroom/play area. We had 7 people and sleeping arrangements were snug. You don’t have a private dock, you share it with the owner of the vrbo. The owners were there a majority of the time, so it really didn’t feel like we had it “all to ourselves” as you are pretty much using a dock that’s right in front of the owners house. The house is not lakefront or waterfront by any means. The water is about 600’ from the door, down 3 flights of stairs and then a ramp. You can only see a sliver of the water from the master dock. The dock was nice for not having to take our boat out of the water. Overall it was not a bad place to stay, the lake is BEAUTIFUL, and views from the dock were spectacular. We just had hoped to be directly on the water, and felt that the description was misleading.

I am a retired Police Detective from Phoenix PD. I grew up in the mid-west and have been coming to the lake my entire life. I will most likely be on property and will be there all season. I also have two employees that live near by. I take pride in being responsive to our guests and someone will be available 24/7 to assist in case of any problems.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The waterside bar is like no other you will see on the lake. It is a private bar used for renters to hang out and enjoy the beautiful view. Coming prior to the season opening is a gas fireplace, refrigerator and ice maker.

We own four properties adjacent to each other and are building a small vacation paradise for ourselves as well as our guests. This property is the second completed of four and finishing improvements are still going on. The property is large and the house sits on top of a small hill on approximately 2 acers. The home is surrounded by water on three sides and has a beautiful view especially from the upper deck. There is lots of parking for boat trailers, trucks and other vehicles. We even have space for RV parking.
