With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space for your group, this home combines a private pool, game room and huge backyard with a great northwest San Antonio location.

**PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD**

The backyard is one of the highlights of the home. Spend the day by your private pool with a large sun deck and lounge seating then enjoy the huge yard shaded by mature Texas oak and pecan trees.

Fire up the BBQ, challenge the family to cornhole or gather around the fire pit in the evening. String lights throughout the backyard create a relaxing atmosphere after the sun goes down.

**GAME ROOM**

Keep the fun going inside with a dedicated game room featuring a pool table, arcade machine and games for all ages.

**SLEEPING & COMFORT**

• Primary bedroom — King bed + Smart TV
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — Full/twin bunk bed + pull-out trundle
• Queen air mattress available for additional guests

The living room offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Netflix and cable. You’ll also have a fully equipped kitchen, drip coffee maker, fast Wi-Fi and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

You’ll be in a great location for exploring northwest San Antonio just minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Shops at La Cantera and The RIM.

The area offers plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby with easy access to Topgolf, UTSA and major highways for exploring the rest of San Antonio.

Whether you’re spending the day at Six Flags, challenging the family in the game room or relaxing by your private pool, this home is set up for a memorable San Antonio getaway.

**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**

• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

• Small gatherings or events must be discussed and approved with me before booking. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.

• Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
