Step out onto the balcony, fire up the BBQ and settle into the outdoor seating as the salty breeze rolls through — perfect for long lunches, sunset dinners and lazy holiday evenings. Inside, the brand new kitchen makes catering for the crew effortless, with electric cooking and a dishwasher so you can spend less time cleaning up and more time enjoying yourself. The lounge invites you to kick back after a day of adventures, while the nearby bathroom offers both a bath and separate shower, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

When it’s time to rest, the master bedroom upstairs provides a comfortable queen bed and wardrobe, while the second bedroom is ideal for kids or friends, featuring two single beds and a tallboy for easy storage.

Downstairs feels like a retreat of its own. Two additional bedrooms, featuring one queen and one double bed, offer plenty of space to relax and recharge, while the additional shower and toilet, adjoined to the laundry area make longer stays easy and comfortable.. The second living area, complete with lounge and TV, is the perfect spot for kids to claim as their own — or for anyone wanting a quiet moment with a book or a movie.

Out the back, the large, fully fenced lawn becomes the heart of outdoor fun. Kids can run free while the adults relax, and the rear shed-turned-games room adds another layer of entertainment for friendly competitions and rainy-day fun.

The location ties it all together. A short stroll takes you to the Nature Playground on Barrage Road and the much-loved Bombora Café for your morning coffee. With the boat ramp just 600 metres away, it’s easy to launch for a day of skiing, fishing or cruising the river and ocean. Important Notes for Your Stay

• Please note there is no linen provided other than a quilt and pillows with covers. You will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels, or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769.

• A $500 refundable security bond is required on all bookings and must be received prior to key collection.

• Please report any cleaning or maintenance issues on arrival to avoid responsibility on departure.

• Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure.

• Porta cots & high chairs are available for hire through Elders Goolwa.

• We do not accept Schoolies bookings or group bookings under 25.

• No parties, bucks, hens, or large gatherings are allowed.

• Please respect neighbours and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location.
