Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, this retro-inspired retreat offers a tranquil stay amongst the treetops.
Nestled on a sprawling coastal block, this private home is designed as a welcoming and eco-friendly holiday destination. Families and couples alike will love its thoughtful layout and amenities, including a large trampoline for the kids and plenty of outdoor space for yoga or exercise.

The entry level features an enormous bunk room that sleeps up to six, making it the perfect funky holiday base for children or teenagers. This space includes its own fresh and functional bathroom and laundry, ensuring smooth transitions after long beach days.

Venture upstairs to discover where this relaxed beachside home truly shines. The open-plan lounge and dining area opens to expansive decking, where you can sip evening cocktails, dine alfresco, or simply unwind as the sun dips below the horizon. Two additional bedrooms on this level offer privacy and intimate spaces, with private decks off each room that invite in coastal light and soothing vistas.

This sought-after home is located on the Sorrento side of Blairgowrie, just a five-minute stroll to the iconic Koonya General Store for your morning coffee and sourdough. Enjoy a flat, dog-friendly 15-minute walk to the front beach or a quick drive to Sorrentoâs boutique shops and restaurants. The Mornington Peninsulaâs renowned wineries, hot springs, and adventure spots are all at your doorstep.
Whether youâre after family fun, romantic seclusion, or a mix of both, this coastal gem has it all.
Well behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones
