Available for nightly or monthly rentals in spring, summer, and fall and nightly/weekly rentals during the winter season, this condo also features air conditioning for added comfort during warmer months.
Located in the Marsac Mill Manor building, this charming condo puts you right in the heart of the actionâabove a ski shop and next door to The Corner Store, a favorite local spot for breakfast, lunch, and lively aprĂšs-ski gatherings with music. Youâre also just a short 14-minute walk from Park Cityâs historic Main Street and Town Lift, or simply hop on the free city bus steps away to explore Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction, and more. A car isnât necessary and the underground heated parking garage is included for your convenience.
Inside, you'll find a warm, mountain-inspired living space with custom Alder cabinetry, granite countertops, and newer appliances in the full kitchen. The open floorplan includes a dining table for four and a kitchen island that seats three. ~ Parking is included in the underground garage (Lowell Building), with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated, and alternate parking is not provided. You'll find your parking pass on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
~ For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted in this rental.
