Welcome to Resort Plaza 5002/03, a beautifully appointed, gold-rated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located just 70 steps from the Park City Mountain Resort ticket window—making ski-in/ski-out access effortless and your stay unforgettable. Available for nightly or monthly rentals in spring, summer, and fall and nightly/weekly rentals during the winter season, this condo also features air conditioning for added comfort during warmer months.

Located in the Marsac Mill Manor building, this charming condo puts you right in the heart of the action—above a ski shop and next door to The Corner Store, a favorite local spot for breakfast, lunch, and lively après-ski gatherings with music. You’re also just a short 14-minute walk from Park City’s historic Main Street and Town Lift, or simply hop on the free city bus steps away to explore Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction, and more. A car isn’t necessary and the underground heated parking garage is included for your convenience.

Inside, you'll find a warm, mountain-inspired living space with custom Alder cabinetry, granite countertops, and newer appliances in the full kitchen. The open floorplan includes a dining table for four and a kitchen island that seats three. Relax in the spacious living area by the cozy gas fireplace or curl up on the brand-new sectional sofa (which can be used as a sleeper). This single-level condo features two master-style bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed—perfect for families or groups of up to 7.

Additional amenities include a new washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access, and use of the year-round pool and fitness center located off-site at The Lodge at Mountain Village.

A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay:
~ Direct to Condo check-in. Just complete a quick pre-arrival form to receive your personalized door code.
~ Daily housekeeping is not included, but optional services are available with advance notice—please contact our Guest Services team at least two weeks before arrival for pricing and setting up housekeeping appointment.
~ Parking is included in the underground garage (Lowell Building), with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated, and alternate parking is not provided. You'll find your parking pass on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
~ For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted in this rental.

The doors are labeled with both 5002 and 5003, but they are part of the same unit—Resort Plaza 5002.

The location was perfect. The unit was a 2 minute walk to the Payday Lift. The place was very nicely laid out and wasn't cramped for my group of 3. The unit was stocked with everything you'd expect at a VRBO. There was enough laundry pods and dishwasher pods for a couple loads each. Parking under the Lowell condos accommodated my full size pickup truck. Would stay again.

Good stay!

Nice place, conveniently located. Good set up for two couples (separate rooms / bathrooms). No air conditioning so it was pretty hot at times (we were there in the middle of the summer), although cool at night. Property manager was very responsive during the week, but unavailable on weekends.

Location to slopes and ability to walk out a short distance and hit the slopes was awesome. Restaurant right below unit started up loading and moving furniture at 4 am so we were woken early by a lot of noise from adjacent spaces. Nice accomodations for skiers.

Great location

Large two bedroom with plenty of space for 6. Kids slept on fold out sofa. Location was perfect. The on call maintenance assisted us with our only issue and resolved concern after about 15 minutes. We will rebook the location.
