Escape to this tranquil, detached studio in beautiful northeast Tucson. This

charming, remodeled guesthouse was previously part of a ranch that boarded

horses. The south property line borders the Pantano River Park Trail. With the

Sabino Creek flowing into the Tanque Verde Wash, running water during parts of

the year makes for a scenic walking or biking path along the trail. This

studio is fantastic for snowbirds looking for a winter residence, business

travelers craving a break from the routine of a hotel room, or families

looking to experience the great desert southwest scenery of Tucson.



Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the private courtyard.

Read a book under the shade of the Mesquite tree or practice your putting on

our putting green! In the evenings after the sun goes down, you can still

enjoy the outdoors using the patio heater provided. Dine al fresco at our

outdoor dining area. With so much to enjoy, you will never want to leave!

Ten minutes to the entrance of Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, a part of the

Coronado National Forest that offers majestic scenery and miles of trails for

hiking, bird watching, and many other outdoor activities.



Less than one hour to Mt. Lemmon, a popular escape during the summer months

for many Tucsonans. Averaging 30 degrees cooler than Tucson, Mt. Lemmon is a

great place to explore a different environmental ecosystem. With skiing

available in winter months, and many more miles of hiking trails, Mt. Lemmon

is another truly diverse, exciting place to visit.
