We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable was well as extremely well stocked. Any time we had an issue or reached out to management, we had a quick response. We also enjoyed being so close to North Beach and the marina as well as the restaurant recommendations.
We enjoyed our stay. Very well stocked and clean property. This is in a great location for shopping downtown! Very short drive to North Beach and parking ramp really close to property.
We enjoyed our short stay in this nicely decorated and very clean apartment. Downtown Racine is revitalizing and there are some nice businesses and restaurants. And just block from Lake Michigan! Because itâs downtown, itâs got an urban vibe with some noise from traffic and people. I would stay here again!
The property was honestly amazing. Such a charming location, located within walking distance to so many things. Parking was easy. Apartment was spotless. We can't wait to come back!
My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night and it was phenomenal. Everything was so clean and organized well. Even checking in at night was super easy. We will definitely be going back to place when we can !
Nice apartment and good location! Several stairs to climb, but it was no problem. Slight confusion on receiving welcome email, but Angela responded very quickly.
Apartment was tastefully decorated, in a great location (downtown Racine--very close to lake) and had everything we needed. Angela very kindly let us check in early. Only downside was that pullout couch wasn't super-comfy (a bit concave) and was difficult to operate. Main bed sometimes made a loud clunky sound when moving/turning over. Definitely not deal-breakers but we may bring blow up mattress if we visit with our son again.
The place was exactly as pictured in a great location. The only complaint that we had is in the washer wasnât working and that was one of the reasons why we chose that location as my boyfriend always has to wash his clothes when we vacation.
Racine native here. This was a great location! If you donât mind stairs ( lots of skinny ones and think of luggage too), then this place is ideal. I did hear a gentlemen talking but not sure if it was from the business underneath or what.
We retired from Racine to Florida a couple of years ago and decided to come back to visit our kids. This was a perfect location. The owner was overly helpful and accommodating. Perfect place to stay. Would stay again when we come up. Thank to owner for all her help. Donât pass this little gem by!!!!
My husband and I said several times, "We could live here, it's perfect!". We enjoyed the entire apartment. Coffee, creamer, sugar all provided. Streaming television - we watched great movies! Wonderful location to walk to downtown businesses, the water, marina, etc. Parking in the overnight garage 1/2 block away was so cheap and easy. For meals, we took leftovers or desserts from local restaurants back to the apartment to reheat and enjoy anytime! There's even a back building entrance to the apartment, that takes you right to Littleport Brewing for great pizza and beer!
Don't bother staying anywhere else, just book the Greyhound and enjoy!
Angela (out of state) and her son (local) rent multiple apartments in the area. We noticed red marks on our necks and back after first night. Investigating uncovered a bed bugs, red mites, and some spiders, too. Contacted Angela, who offered to move our family multiple times during our week stay. No full or partial refund offered. No sincere apology. She waited for us to leave and had the âexterminatorâ check the apartment. I doubt this was a real person because no card or receipt was left behind. Angela said that no bugs were found. Probably due to my cleaning and washing all sheets and comforters the entire afternoon/night prior. She was so rude, harassing my husband and I via phone and Vrbo messages. We decided our first boy option, considering time and money constraints, was to make the best of a bad situation. We were constantly showering and even bought bug spray to treat the mattresses and rug. It was so uncomfortable. Not sure which was worse - the bugs or the host(s). Weâve never experienced something like this on vacation. Exhausted but home, I still felt it necessary to hot wash all of our clothing, in case some of the buggers weâre still with us.
I wanted to stay for one more weekend after my travel contract was up because I met someone! I wanted to spend a little extra time with him, so we did and it was a very pleasant experience. We loved the little apartment and we would definitely stay there again!
This space was perfect for my daughter and I while visiting family. It was very cute, clean and right on Main St. Parking eas easy and it's just blocks away from my favorite breakfast restaurant in town, Maple Table.
There was a wedding party who stayed in the other available space next store who were a bit noisy but it was mostly heard in the hallway and I wouldn't expect quiet from an exciting event. We'd definitely book here when up for a visit again.
Overall, this was a great place to stay. The apartment looked just as described, and it was a great location.
Two downsides: there was not an air mattress available so that was a little hiccup. The listing also did not state just hot inaccessible it was for someone with disabilities. Yes it noted that it was on a second floor and showed stairs, but the stairs were two flights, straight up, and very narrow. Definitely would have reconsidered staying if I knew just had inaccessible it would be, since I took my 57 year old mother who has bad knees.
Other than those issues, the apartment is just as described and in a great location. Overall a pleasant stay.
Ex-Racine boaters visiting the marina for several days. Location was perfect, walking distance to all of our favorite bars and restaurants. Unit was clean, the TV was functional, and the internet was fast. Very well equipped. Will stay here again if plans allow.
We love going back to the Mt. Royal lofts in downtown Racine. Within walking distance are many restaurants, bars, stores and beautiful Lake Michigan. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils needed to cook. The bed is very comfortable. Nice towels in the bathroom. The furniture is cute and nice to sit on. Everything is very clean. We highly recommend Mt. Royal lofts.
Overall, this property met all of our expectations. It was clean and nicely decorated. The host communicated with us before and during our stay. Great coffee shop across the street and breakfast place a few blocks away.
