Sea Level Sanctuary in Seaside Park

The first floor has wide plank tile throughout to keep your home away from home cool, and post beach clean up easy. The second floor has refinished original hardwood floors. Central air to keep you cool on those extra warm days. Soothing and simple décor will keep you relaxed when you are ready for a break from the sun. Two spacious living areas (one on each level) with new wall mounted flat screen tvs and dining room sets. There are two bedrooms on the first floor- one features a queen bed with new foam mattress. The other has two twin beds, also with new foam mattresses. The sofa also converts to a queen size sleeper! The second floor has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located at opposing ends of a short hallway situated off the dining room. One features a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The third bedroom is off the edge of the kitchen and has a queen bed. Each bedroom on this level has a ceiling fan to help accommodate differing temperature needs. One of the sofas in this living room also converts to a queen size sleeper!

You'll love making meals in one, or both kitchens! Beautiful granite provides ample counter space. Dishwasher, gas range, built in microwave and side by side fridge/freezer all in stainless steel in EACH kitchen. The second floor kitchen has a stainless steel beverage fridge to be sure you can keep all your drinks cool and you hydrated from the summer sun! Generous cabinetry to house all your favorite vacation foods! There is a full bathroom on each level. Refresh with a warm shower or relax with a soak in the tub. Washer and dryer also on each level so you can pack light and stay for a month…or two!

Knock off the sand in your toes and salt in your hair at the outside shower. Large, fenced in side yard in case you don't get enough recreation at the beach! Weber natural gas grill ready for all your culinary aspirations. Picnic tables for post beach bbq or seafood fest. Covered outdoor veranda on the first floor to escape the sun or Mother Nature's sense of humor! Or head one block the other direction and be at the bay where you can check out playground equipment for the little ones, or your choice of two piers where you can try your luck at crabbing or fishing!
