There is also a second living area great for kids or teens to have their own space!
The master suite features a king bed, access to the back deck, and private bathroom with double sinks and separate shower and tub. Three additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a king and 2 twin beds, all have private bathrooms. Please note, the TV in the bedroom over the garage has cable but is not a smartTV. You can bring your own streaming device to plug into the HDMI, if desired.
Step outside into the screened porch and enjoy an al fresco dinner at the table with 8 chairs or enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail in the loveseat or additional chairs. The pool deck offers an in-ground pool and lounge chairs perfect for relaxing in after a day at the beach. This pool cannot be heated and is covered from Fall until Spring.
Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
