Emplacement, emplacement! Profitez de vacances par l'océan et se réveiller avec le bruit des vagues! Cette mise à jour 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain villa est idéalement situé au coeur de l'East Beach. Night Heron Park, Le marché de la plage de l'Est, le spa et commerces au Sanctuaire sont tous à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la porte d'entrée. La plage est juste à votre porte. Même la promenade de bord de mer se connecte à votre porche arrière!

Le laïque ouverte sur cette villa et mobilier de plage occasionnels ajouter à votre confort. Le salon spacieux offre une vue sur les dunes de sable et deux portes pour accéder à la véranda privée. La cuisine mise à jour ouvre sur la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 avec un siège supplémentaire pour 2 à la barre.

La suite principale dispose d'une grande salle de bain privée, grand lit confortable, une grande télévision à écran plat monté, la nature vue Kiawah, et l'accès à une véranda privée avec une chaise longue.

Le premier des 2 chambres est la salle de séjour et a un lit queen, TV écran plat, salle de bain privée, et accès à un balcon arrière. Au bout du couloir et à gauche est la deuxième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et télévision à écran plat. Cette chambre dispose également d'une salle de bain privée et l'accès à la galerie arrière.

This lovely, high quality accommodation was delightful for all of us with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made it perfect for us! Very short walk to the beach with showers to shower off before bringing the beach with you in the home. Nice surprise was boogie boards and beach chairs and toys for the kids. Excellent place to ride bikes, golf and hike! It's a 10 in my book!

We loved the location and the villa was well appointed! Kitchen was well organized and we had all the tools and dishes we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and loved the patio. We had a problem with the freezer and had no ice which was frustrating. Hope they will fix it. A vacuum would be nice to pick up sand on floors.

Great location

The property was exactly as advertised and we had a great stay. It is a lovely 3 bedroom that is right on the boardwalk with a beach view and a couple minute’s walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Villa

Great property, well appointed villa. Beach views are only peekaboo but you are just steps from the sand and can even hear the ocean waves from inside the villa. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit was exactly as advertised. It is in a great location central to the Kiawah Island activities. Everything was very clean and operational. All of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms seem relatively updated. We would come again

Tennis and Beach

We had a great time (Oct. 1-8) at this property! It was 60 seconds away from the beach. We played games every night at the large dinning table. The rooms were very nice and the kitchen was great. We would rent this again! The owner was terrific in every way.

Favorite Condo on Kiawah!

This is our sixth time staying at windswept villas and our second time coming back to 4411. It is the absolute best! Clean and updated decor. First level allows you to walk straight to the beach without going downstairs or getting on an elevator. And every single bedroom has its own bathroom and porch access. It is a Kiawah gem!

Great location very clean as advertised. TV was not set so that local national stations could be accessed. This should be checked after each stay. You recommended a beach chair company and worked out very well.

Amazing Proprerty, Loud Construction

The unit is just as good as the pictures and location is excellent. However, there was 7a construction on unit above almost every day during our stay. Not necessarily something that can be controlled, but the property management company had no idea and no sympathy for the disruption caused to our family vacation.

Good location but has issues

The property was in a great location. The boardwalk was right off or front porch so we could go out the back door instead of having to go out the front and around. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the ocean due to unremovable shutters and overgrowth in the dunes. The vents kept drippings water, the twin bedroom vent didn't work, and then the air stopped working completely. Management tried to say that the vents drip because it's so hot. It was our 5th year on Kiawah and have never experienced this. The twin room was in the mid-80s and management tried to get us to wait for the air to be fixed. I pressed and they got someone there around 11:30 pm. Guy said it was clogged and there was no way it had been serviced yearly like it was supposed to. Nothing he could do about the twin room. Not sure what was wrong with it but it was obviously known (despite management's statement to the contrary) because there was a fan in that room and that room only. Toaster didn't work but management quickly fixed that. Also had a bug the size of a baseball in the master one day. Took 30 min to catch it but no way I was sleeping in there if I didn't know where it was. I was already looking out for others since I can't image it would have been the only one. Management said they'd give us a partial refund and never did.
