Nous sommes l'un des 6 condos Direct Beach Front à une chambre au Sundial Resort et l'un des 56 condos Beach Front à Sanibel. Cela nous permet de fournir l'une des meilleures valeurs pour une véritable location de vacances en bord de mer à Sanibel. Notre condo est l'un des plus proches de la plage de l'île de Sanibel (à seulement 20 pieds) offrant une vue spectaculaire et une brise apaisante sur le front du Golfe depuis le balcon privé de 25 pieds. Nous sommes au deuxième étage et avons une vue incroyable sur le golfe du Mexique, vous donnant l'impression d'être sur la plage. Notre condo offre une chambre principale avec un lit king-size et la télévision par câble. Canapé-lit complet dans le salon. Cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant un grand réfrigérateur, un four autonettoyant, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et de petits appareils électroménagers. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse situées dans le condo pour votre commodité. Internet haute vitesse sans fil gratuit également fourni.

Relaxing Time in Sanibel

Great view and right on the ocean. Everything is brand new. Accommodations are perfect for a couple. Close to restaurants and bike paths.

Quiet & Relaxing trip at the beach

My husband and I went for our anniverary and it's a great location. Very quiet and relaxing in that area. We walked to many restaurants and were in the ocean every day. They provided umbrella and chairs and beach towels and that was convenient. We loved the views! We hope to go back some day

Sundial building A is the best!

Our family has stayed on Sanibel dozens of times. This will now be our go to Condo for 2. Sundial is a big resort, but building A is a fabulous location and was very quiet. The location/view towards the gulf is the best. The condo layout was great and very spacious for a 1 bedroom. There are several dining options right at the resort if you don’t want to cook or deal with evening island traffic.

Great Getaway

Very clean and modern. Upscale furnishings. Best view and location at Sundial. Only problem we encountered was that the elevator was out of service for the entire week we were there. We are in our mid-seventies, and it was difficult to haul luggage and cooler up the stairs. Other than that it was A+++.

We felt Happy and everyday was a blast

It was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. This made us feel right at home. Every morning we smiled 😊 and explored a lot , we also had a blast going to the beach and pool , it gets 10 points in our eyes.

We loved this condo. We’ve been to Sanibel many times before and this is the best condo yet. So close to the ocean, you can hear the waves at night with the sliding door CLOSED! Will definitely be back!

Get away vacation

Very nice, clean and quiet. Beach view was awesome. Sitting on the beach in 200 steps. Beach was quiet and mostly private. Not many people on the beach was nice too. We’ve been to quiet a few beach front condominiums all over Floridas gulf coast and this one was one of the nicest. I would definitely book this one again.

Peaceful and elegant

This place is simply awesome. The location feels like you are on the beach. The fit and finish are what you'd expect in a 5-star resort. Everything looks great and the closet of beach stuff puts the cherry on top! I'd love to rent again.

This condo is wonderful! The kitchen is very well-equipped, the lanai has the best view, and it’s only 20 steps to the beach! The owner was very informative. We truly enjoyed our retirement trip!

The perfect elopement!!!

We traveled to Sanibel for an elopement and found this condo on VRBO. We were so pleased with this unit!!!! Wonderful beachfront location with easy access to bike trails and steps away from a lovely pool. The unit was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The owner was available and very attentive to our needs which were few. I cannot say enough about this unit except we will definitely be back. It was the perfect get away for a relaxing week in beautiful Sanibel! The unit also had all the beach umbrellas, chairs, accessories for use while staying there. Thank you Tom for a wonderful week!

Perfect!

This was our first time on On Sanibel Island… And it was truly a beautiful place! The location of the condo could not have been better! We were very impressed with how clean the condo itself was and the grounds surrounding the condo complex. We had the most perfect weather all week! The sundial resort has everything you need. We really enjoyed the tiki bar and the restaurant was delightful! Sanibelt Island was so peaceful and relaxing and we can’t wait to come again! 206 is perfect!

Incredible view

We thoroughly enjoyed the view from our balcony, as it literally is minutes to the beach. The best view of all the condos we have stayed at Sundial. Also, elevator is right outside your door. It is very clean, and has all the amenities you would need. Especially, the beach gear, cart, umbrella, chairs, etc.

The cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in

I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. I’ve already inquired about openings next year to see if it’s available. Really well kept with all the dishes needed to cook in-a wonderful stove and kitchen. If you rent it, you won’t be disappointed.

Sanibel Slice of Paradise!

A perfect place for two! Right on the ocean - so close you hear the waves. Tom was wonderful to work with and the place was everything we hoped for. Love the balcony and full-ocean view across the whole back wall. Clean and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen. We’ve already booked next year.😍

Immaculate and beautiful oceanfront location

Wonderful stay on Sanibel. Wall to wall windows overlooking ocean. Very high-end property. Modern kitchen and bathroom, the kitchen has a water filter which is a must for Sanibel. The storage unit on ground floor is fully supplied with chairs umbrellas games and a wagon to haul everything for a short walk to the beach. Pool is close too. Close parking. Also short walk to the resorts tiki bar and surprisingly good pizza. Bike storage underneath. Will stay there again.

A real treat!

Sundial a 206 exceeded my expectations! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything you would ever need. You couldn’t get a better view of the gulf, and the beach was just steps away. The kitchen and bathroom were both updated with high-end finishes that even included a lighted mirror in the bath. The elevator was only steps away and the property was well taken care of.

Perfect in every way!

This unit is top notch! Beautifully renovated and appointed, immaculately clean and perfectly located - right on the beach, this is the best condo we’ve ever rented on Sanibel. The comfortable bed, plenty of first-class pillows and towels and ample closet with hangers and drawer space (often a challenge) plus kitchen supplies, binoculars and access to the storage unit with beach supplies shows that owner, Tom, has the comfort of his guests top of mind. I miss sitting on the porch and hearing the surf, already. Looking forward to our return, next year! Thank you, again, Tom!

This place was perfect for our wedding anniversary. We had access to good food and restaurants with this beach front condo. Amazing sunrises and good shelling too.

A little slice of paradise

This unit is probably one of the best units to rent on Sanibel. Sitting on the lanai was like sitting on the beach itself. The views were unbelievable of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit was clean and looks like it was just renovated. My wife daily pointed out a feature of the condo that she loved. I cannot rave more about our week staying at Tom's unit. He was great to deal with and always returned a phone call or text very promptly. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Highly recommend renting this unit.

This Place Is Awesome!!!

What a fantastic place. Complete with chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The condo furniture is both beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if desired and two outlets also have USB charging stations. I will ABSOLUTLY stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.
