We stayed here as a family of 5. It was pretty cramped for us, but we made it work. The place was clean, but there was an odd smell like cigarette smoke when we got there. Host said it was likely the air fresheners and came and removed them and put in an air purifier -- it was good after! The location is great -- about 5 minutes to Keikyu-Kamata station (15 mins by train from airport) and about 15 mins walk to Kamata station on the JR line. The area was quiet and there was a nearby park that the kids had fun at with the other kids from the neighborhood.I'd stay here again with 2, maybe 3 people -- 5 was a bit much, but it was a nice little place!
