"Casa Désir" is the perfect PV vacation spot. Located in PV's Old Town/Romantic Zone just steps from Los Muertos Beach, Mantamar Beach Club, & Blue/Green Chairs. This corner unit condo (best view location) is on the upper floor in secured complex Amapas 353 w/breathtaking, panoramic ocean views.
Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, dining, nightlife, grocery & pharmacy. In-unit washer/dryer, Stunning rooftop infinity pool & spa w/incredible views, Nicely equipped gym.
The space
Bedroom:
Very comfortable king size bed, blackout automatic roller shades, A/C, 4 speed ceiling fan, closet w/plenty of storage space including a programmable safe. Bedroom also has en-suite spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower. Right out of your bed is a beautiful covered terrace.
Kitchen & Living/Dining Areas:
Open concept living at its best! The kitchen is open to the modern & comfortable living room. A/C & Blackout automatic roller shades to keep condo cool. The glass wall collapses & opens up to a large covered terrace w/breathtaking views. The well equipped kitchen offers a large island w/granite counters & barstool seating. Appliances: coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven combo, separate gas oven, 5 burner cook top, garbage disposal, & refrigerator/freezer w/water purification system & ice dispenser. Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, & more.
The Building:
The building is a modern, sleek contemporary design with only 21 units. Positioned on the West side of the highway with direct access to Amapas street. The building has an elevator, gym, infinity roof top pool w/ amazing views of the bay & roof top amenity area.
The building has 2 keyed entries. The main one is in the front off the main road which is easiest to access by car. This is where you should meet our property manager upon arrival. The Amapas street entry allows quick access to the beach (look for stairs across the street from entry door) & a nice walk along the cobblestone street into town. The 2 entries are on different levels because the apartment is built into a mountain side. There is elevator access from both entries and the elevator goes all the way up to the rooftop pool area.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit as well as the gym, roof top pool, lounge & gas BBQ. The Pool hours are 8am-10pm Sunday-Friday and 8am-Midnight on Saturdays. The gym hours are 5am-11pm everyday.
Other things to note:
Potential for Noise: Music from the beach & the new Almar Rooftop Bar/Restaurant can be heard in the afternoon & into the evening. There is also some construction nearby & throughout the city. If this becomes an issue, you can close the double glass windows to provide a sound barrier. The Almar Resort has a rooftop bar/restaurant that often has events that you can hear/see from the unit. These usually end around midnight. Closing the windows & blackout shades will block a lot of the noise/light, but not all of it. Keep in mind that PV is a fast growing city & people come here from all over the world to have fun & relax. If you are looking for total peace & quiet at all times of the day & night, you may want to book a place outside of the city where there is no construction & nightlife.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Amapas 353 is close to everything. Easy to catch a taxi/Uber. 1 block or so from the beach, 5-10 minute walk to most restaurants & <10 minute walk to most bars/clubs in Old Town. It is active & fun during the day but relatively quiet at night. The views are magical & you may never want to leave.

The views from our condo are hard to beat. We love the privacy of our condo and watching whales, birds, sunsets, and people on the beach from our balconies.
