Located in the peaceful Amapas area, this condo is just two blocks from Los Muertos Beach and a short walk to the Romantic Zone's shops, galleries, restaurants, spas, and nightlife. This complex comes with great amenities such as an infinity lap pool, a sunny deck, a BBQ area, and a cool air-conditioned lounge - all with amazing ocean views. Your ideal getaway is waiting for you!
From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by stunning ocean views and elegant decor throughout.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is a sanctuary complete with a king-size bed, large ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and direct access to the front balcony, where you can savor the breathtaking ocean vista.
The guest bedroom is equally stylish, featuring a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a cozy private balcony that overlooks a quiet street and the lush mountains. The guest bathroom is conveniently located just outside the guest bedroom.
KITCHEN
The sleek, well-stocked kitchen is a culinary delight. It is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen bar comfortably seats four, perfect for casual dining or entertaining.
LIVING ROOM
The spacious and bright living room is designed for relaxation. Large windows offer panoramic views. It is furnished with comfortable sofas and a smart TV and provides access to the oversized private balcony.
PRIVATE BALCONY
This expansive outdoor space is the highlight of the condo, featuring a dining table for four, a lounge area, and a private BBQ, all set against the backdrop of unobstructed ocean views.

Visitor's policy: Visitors are allowed up to the maximum occupancy of 4 people, including both registered guests and visitors. For example, if your group has 2 registered guests, you may have up to 2 visitors per day. Visitor hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Visitors are allowed access to the unit but not to the rooftop pool area and will need to register with their ID at the front desk upon entry.
The building is situated on a steep traditional cobblestone street. For your comfort and safety, we recommend using a taxi or Uber for arrivals and departures. This way, you can avoid navigating the hill on foot, as no stairs or handrails are currently available. Please be aware that some noise may be heard from the condo at certain times due to its proximity to the highway.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
