Offering the perfect combination of privacy and yet proximity to everything in East Hampton Village, this immaculate, bright, light 3 bedroom, 2 bath contemporary with vaulted ceilings has it all. This tranquil, turn-key vacation home features a stunning heated gunite swimming pool, central A/C, ultra 4K Smart TVs, modern furnishings, and lush, professionally landscaped grounds. The kitchen and baths were beautifully remodeled recently in a mid-century modern style. Features include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, all with designer quality craftsmanship and finishes. The property is set on a gorgeous, tucked away, quiet cul de sac and is literally a 5-minute walk to the center of the village with all of its restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, parks with playgrounds, tennis, etc. Lastly, this idyllic retreat is only a 10-minute bike ride to the ocean!

The rental rate for rentals less than 30 days is inclusive of all utilities (e.g. central air, WiFi, flat screen tvs with streaming capability, professional pool and garden maintenance, etc.) and all other costs with the exception of the final cleaning fee, tax, and pool heating (optional).

For rentals of 28 days or more we offer significant monthly discounts. Please note that utilities, care of the grounds, pool cleaning/maintenance, snow/ice removal, and garbage pick up are extra. There is no county tax on rentals of 30 days or more but NY state sales tax is applied to all rentals less than 90 days.

For all stays longer than two weeks, interim cleanings are required and are additional.

No more than 4 unrelated guests may occupy the house at any time. East Hampton Town prohibits rentals to groups. No parties, events, or gatherings.

Pool heating costs are extra if guests elect to use the pool heater. 5.5% tax not included. Additional fee for cleanings that take longer than usual.

We kindly ask that guests respect the quiet of the neighborhood and refrain from loud noise inside or outside between the hours of 9:00pm and 8:00am.
