Maison de luxe contemporaine avec plafond voûté, 3 cheminées, une chambre principale très spacieuse, une cuisine / salle à manger spacieuse et entièrement équipée pour cuisiner, salle familiale et salon, sous-sol fini avec table de billard, à quelques minutes miles du village. Barbecue à gaz, barbecue sur le pont même en hiver. Grand pont divertissant. Les groupes (4 personnes ou plus non liées) ne sont PAS autorisés à East Hampton. Le locataire paie pour le chauffage de la piscine s'il est utilisé. La piscine ferme à la mi-septembre.

Perfect location!

This house was perfect for a little family getaway! The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and the rooms were all so comfy. Perfect location near beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. Beverly was a pleasure and so helpful!

Wonderful house and host

We had a great month at Beverly’s house. Great location ( close to beaches and shops). House was clean and quiet and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again! Beverly was a very kind and responsive host.

Great beach getaway that was perfect in times of Covid.

The best part of the house was the kitchen, which, given the fact that we could not eat out, really made the vacation special. The fact that it is removed from the crowds near the ocean and close to the beach on the bay make it a special place, especially in the times of COVID. We had a great time!!

We loved our stay at this wonderful property. Excellent communication with the owner. House is beautiful, comfortable and roomy with a well equipped chef’s kitchen. Pool and deck were in constant use. Great location that is very private yet close to beaches and great restaurants! Would definitely recommend and hope to rent again!

Very nice.

Beverly is a wonderful hostess. She was extremely communicative and accommodating. The house is clean and well maintained. We were able to walk to Bostwicks, Sunset Harbor and SiSi.

Wonderful home away from home

We spent nine paradisiac days in this property. The house has a very unique open layout in the main floor perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms are kept private in two different levels. We also loved the decor, art pieces, photography and the ample and well equipped kitchen. Location is private but close to Indian Wells and Atlantic Beaches - both beautiful for walking even in winter. The owner was very responsive, kind and gave us great recommendations for grocery and wine shopping. We will be back!

Hello Keyla, Paradise is a great description because you all were tenants from heaven! I'm still basking in your compliments. I love it that you appreciated the character of the house. The former owner was French and put on the addition with the stucco ad the saltillo tiles which gives it sort of a Mediterranean feel and warms up the contemporary style. The kitchen is indeed the star and everybody loves gathering around the huge granite counter. The layout always works well with two living areas and the privacy of the bedrooms. Delighted you enjoyed. Can't wait to welcome you back.!

Gorgeous home, wonderful stay!

This is a gorgeous, spacious home in a perfect location in the Springs. Gorgeous Primary bedroom. Beautiful pool, on a quiet, leafy property. We had a terrific time, made great use of the beautiful chef's kitchen and spent a lot of time by the pool. Beverly, the host is very hands on, strong communication and made everything very easy for us. The home has everything you could need. I would stay here again and highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone interested in visiting East Hampton. *This is a great spot for any time of the year.* Thank you, Beverly for a lovely stay!!

Quiet Retreat

Location is terrific - near Round Swamp Farm, best local farm resource in the area and close enough to the beaches. Pool is large; deck gets some sun all day but areas on the deck also well shaded. Pool is rubber lined (not gunite) so need to be a bit careful stepping into it. Comfortable, cozy home with a good layout for guests on main level, master bedroom upstairs and family room & living room on the wings of the kitchen which is the 'heart' of the home. Beverly and Jim were highly responsive to any questions or concerns during our month-long visit.

Thanks so much for the nice review. The kitchen is indeed the "heart" of the home with a 9 x 4 granite island ideal for convivial socializing. Just to clarify, the pool is standard 20 x 40 vinyl lining with 3 small steps providing easy access to the shallow end.

Beautiful spacious house with amazing pool close to all the fun things East Hampton has to offer!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house is beautiful and spacious with great proximity to all the fun things to do in east Hampton. The pool was very large and it was warm even without the heat (we ended up using the heat a little bit but we didn’t need to). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a great place to congregate. This house is flooded with light which made for a cheery stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table in the basement as well. Beverly was extremely accomodating and hospitable and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. For instance, she left coffee and creamer for us. Thank you Beverly! We hope to be back very soon!

Beautiful home away from home

We had an amazing month of July here at this lovely house. It is perfectly located for walks, sunsets on the bay, outdoor music at Duck Creek, beautiful produce from balsam farm, many other convenient stores, the beaches and towns. The house is very open and comfortable, we loved the large windows. We also enjoyed the big kitchen as well as having a choice of the living room or family room. My husband and I worked remotely but felt relaxed with decent space for each of us. The pool was a family favorite - we had a daily swim challenge. It was nice to have my parents join too, they easily relaxed. The host, Beverly is very informative/ welcoming and responsive to questions. We so enjoyed staying here and will have fond memories. We hope we can do this again..

Great property, location and hosts!

We really loved our stay. We spent a week escaping NYC and enjoying the fresh air and openness of both the house and the location. Beverly was fantastic in answering all questions we had and giving us great recommendations. 10 mins from the heart of East Hampton so there is a lot to do in the area as well. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to make it out to the Hamptons.

Wonderful Vacation

My family had a wonderful July in this home. Loved the layout and spacious accommodations. Kitchen overlooks the pool which makes it easy to entertain. Pool table in the house was an added bonus.

A Lovely Weekend at a Familiar Favorite

We returned to this welcoming house in East Hampton with pleasure last weekend. The hospitable owners have outfitted the kitchen with top level equipment, furnished the common areas with comfy overstuffed sofas and chairs, and provided comfortable beds in the three bedrooms. The setting is quiet and woodsy complete with a large, attractive pool. We highly recommend a vacation stay with friends or family at this beautiful Hamptons location.

Great East Hampton Getaway

Wonderful house tucked away but close to everything. Big kitchen perfect for entertaining, great dining area, living room, fun room, and pool area. Bedrooms are spacious and can fit lots of family and friends comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home... There was an ideal separation of living spaces that allowed the kids to play while the adults could chill in living room Wonderful open chefs kitchen we loved entertaining there! The island was large enough to fit all our guests while we prepped our meal There's a lovely deck and pool just steps from The kitchen and a gas grill We had everything we needed and truly relaxed in this well appointed home

Stylish Easthampton Vacation Home - Perfect for a Weekend, Week or Longer

This three bedroom charmer in the Three Mile Harbor/Springs area of Easthampton features a master suite upstairs, two bedrooms off the living area, and a brand new gourmet kitchen. Comfy oversize chairs and sofa surround a lovely fireplace in the living room. The dining area with a handsome table for 8 - 10 opens onto the pool & large deck. A short drive into Easthampton village finds everything from gourmet takeout, luxury boutiques, to first run movies and, of course, the fabulous ocean beaches for which the town is famous. But the star of the show is a newly renovated kitchen with glass front cabinets, granite countertops, top shelf appliances and cookware. Whether feeding a small family or a large group of friends, this kitchen has it all. The owners are seasoned landlords who treat their guests as they do good friends. Our family looks forward to our return to this wonderful house!

I had a fantastic stay at this home. I came out with some friends and we enjoyed cooking in this open kitchen, laying out on the deck by the pool, and dining at some of the restaurants in town. This property is perfect for families who want a quiet, relaxing getaway and for a group of friends who want to enjoy the Hampton's. Also, the owners are so pleasant, and very easy. I highly recommend renting this property; I certainly will be back.

We love having a weekend getaway where we can cook to our heart's content and enjoy the beautiful scenery and beaches. Hospitality is important to us and we will make sure any questions are answered immediately, any problems solved.

We looked and looked and fell in love with this house. It's always light and bright even on rainy days. It's cozy and comfortable, yet spacious for entertaining. It's conveniently located near the village, movie theater, restaurants and both bay and ocean beaches.
