The second bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen bed and bathroom next door. Downstairs, the third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and a full bathroom. The bonus room provides plenty of play space and has 2 bunks. The sunny lower terrace has another table and chairs. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Half an acre of well-kept garden and plenty of room for parking (EV charge port NEMA 1450) surround the home. Situated less than 10 minutes by car from the town of Highlands with its many charming stores and high-quality restaurants. There is great hiking in the nearby area.

The house is not air conditioned, but at 4,000 feet elevation and fans in every room, we do not find it necessary. Please note, there is no trash pick up from the house and we request that guests take their trash to the town dump or take it home with them.
