Le "Bluewater Dream" Waterfront Lake House, quai, pêche et vues spectaculaires !!

"Bluewater Dream" peut accueillir 6 personnes et est une maison unique au bord de l'eau avec une pergola éclairée près du bord de l'eau pour s'asseoir sous et profiter de la vue magnifique sur le lac ou tout simplement se détendre. En outre, il y a un quai pour la pêche (station de nettoyage éclairée incluse) ou simplement pour s'asseoir et profiter de la nature et de la beauté du lac. C'est un endroit idéal pour garer votre bateau loué ou personnel pendant que vous êtes la maison du lac. Les équipements extérieurs comprennent un kayak, du matériel de pêche, un foyer extérieur et un barbecue. D'autres grands endroits pour voir le lac incluent la terrasse couverte hors du salon principal et le balcon à l'étage de la suite principale. La suite principale a un lit King, 32 'HD TV (Direct TV) avec douche et baignoire jacuzzi. Les 2 chambres de niveau invité ont toutes deux des lits queen et une comprend une télévision. La zone en bas / la grotte de l'homme est conçue pour être une grande salle pour les réunions de famille et comprend un bar avec un réfrigérateur à vin, 2 téléviseurs, une nouvelle table de baby-foot, une table de pub, 2 chaises de théâtre pour s'asseoir et se détendre tout en regardant votre film ou spectacle préféré, jeu de fléchettes éclairé, réfrigérateur supplémentaire. Tout est conçu pour que vous puissiez vous détendre après avoir joué au soleil / pêcher, etc.! Votre maison loin de chez vous sera un endroit idéal pour faire des souvenirs encore et encore! Cela peut être une escapade romantique, un endroit pour passer un moment précieux en famille ou simplement un endroit pour se détendre et profiter de l'ambiance du lac et revenir à la nature et loin de la routine de votre vie quotidienne.

A propos des propriétaires:

Lillian et Dean cherchaient un endroit où leurs familles pourraient se réunir et passer du temps ensemble + se faire des souvenirs. Ils sont tombés amoureux du lac Livingston et ont su quand ils ont vu la maison Bluewater pour la première fois que ce serait génial pour eux et de partager avec d'autres à la recherche d'une expérience similaire!

Pourquoi Point Blank:

La sensation de petite ville et les vues magnifiques sur le lac en ont fait un choix évident. Nous aimons la pêche et les enfants voulaient une option pour nager. Plus important encore, cela nous donne une grande évasion de l'agitation de la grande ville!

Family Spring Weekend Get-A-Way

We had a wonderful stay. Owner was very responsive and the place was perfect for our group. Wonderful views. Easy access to fishing just down the road and the Livingston was only about 15-20 minutes away. Great house right on the lake.

Quiet, relaxing getaway

The Bluewater Dream was a good place for us to spend a few days. We were able to accomplish our goal of resting and relaxing over a long weekend. We most enjoyed sitting on the covered porch with a view of Lake Livingston. The house is updated and nicely furnished.

Thus was actually our 2nd time staying here and we love the house. Lake was low but for us it was fine because we had little ones. Will definitely stay again.

Quick evacuation made easy

We evacuated our area for an incoming hurricane. The owner responded quickly and was always available for questions. We were comfortable and enjoyed the view of the lake.

Lakefront Treasure

This lakefront home has been our 4th of July getaway for the past two years. It is nicely situated in the cove with full water access. Plenty of room for guests and a game room for entertainment. Awesome owner. Book early because we will be back.

R&R Getaway

Location was perfect waterfront. We were able to walk out pretty far into the lake and enjoy relaxing tubing/floats. The wind kept it cool outside at night. The house and setup were extremely spacious, which made for plenty of relaxation and no feeling of ever being crowded.

Perfect for any occasion

My stepson graduated and so we drove down from DFW area for the weekend. We had family fly into Houston airport which was not difficult to get to from there. There are multiple areas so it was nice to help give people their own space. I can not think of anything negative to say about this house.

Great place!

Great Value. Location on water is excellent. It was in a canal, shallow and soft bed to walk and play on for the kids. Plus it was calmer than the main lake, but still super-close to main lake. Yard was smaller than expected, but really didn't matter when we were in the water all day. Great sunrise views. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of space for large group to gather to eat or play games. House and neighborhood are older, but that really didn't factor in much, only on setting expectations. Easy to get to. Owner was very responsive to questions and clear on instructions. Great house! Thanks Dean!

Great Property

Overall the home was perfect for our group of 6. Grandparents and 4 of our grandchildren. The house is on the edge of a cove with neighbors on both sides and directly across. At the time of our arrival the lake was very low leaving us no access to fish or kayak from property. We ventured out to Lake Livingston State Park for activities. With that being said we barely got the kids past the game room for majority of trip. They had a blast. Please be aware it is separate from house in terms of entrance. Separate doorway not accessible from inside the house. There are multiple levels of stairs so a lot of tripping up and down. We didn’t mind but some might. Be aware there aren’t a lot of family restaurants nearby so we cooked a lot for kids. Absolutely the only thing I would say is that like most places, pots and pans desperately needed replacing. We purchased some to get by. The kids spent nights out by fire pit making s’mores playing zombies and having a great time. Also, there is no hot tub but just a jacuzzi tub in master bath. Big difference and one we had been looking forward to. However, wasn’t a dealbreaker and being spring break you can’t just do a reset. If the lake water had been up we would have been extremely satisfied. Dean is a very nice host and very nice to offer is home out. Hope to visit again!

Great place for a family trip!

The house is a perfect place to stay if you have kids. My family had a great time. The downstairs game room was a family favorite. It's also a great spot for fishing. There's loads of catfish in that cut. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly when I had any questions. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely be staying again!

We had a great weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house had plenty of space for our little ones to play, and it had everything we needed. The only slight downside was the lake was a bit low due to the drought so we didn't get to fish from the dock or kayak. We we likely stay again when the lake is a bit higher. Thank you!

Quick Weekend Getaway

We really loved the house! The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The extra room downstairs is perfect if you have teenage kids. They can just hang down there. The lake water was low but it was kind of nice because the younger kids could reach. Will definitely plan another weekend trip and stay here.

Mini Vaca

What a perfect place for a get away! I wanted to pack up the home and lake to bring it back with us. Dean was great with communicating with us, and we loved the space and the neighbors!! They had the sweetest Great Danes and they let us fish on their property since the lake was too low by our dock. We went with a friend family and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The first day there, we rarely even saw the kids. They enjoyed every inch of the game room! The kids did not sleep in there. I had read past reviews that said there was no access through the house to the room, so we decide to bring an air mattress for the boys, and the girls got a room. The livingroom was PLENTY big for 2 air mattresses if we would have had them! Bottom line, this was a great place to stay. We look forward to coming back in the future.
