Great rental!

Very clean, great location and close to the beach. Close to the strip and shops as well. Owner was very approachable and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely rent again.

Hampton Beach Cottage

This is a nice property 1 block off the beach. Chris the owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The cottage apartment was set up nice with all one needs for a stay to enjoy the area.

Convenient location, Quiet at Night

The property was just as listed, clean, convenient location and quiet at night. The owner was was responsive to inquiries prior to our arrival. This was a great place for 4 adults. Highly recommend.

Convenient beach location, safe quiet home

We enjoyed our stay! Very close to a beautiful wide beach. Quarter mile to a fantastic beachfront playground. Bungalow B was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Nice porch for meals and chatting with other guests and the hosts. Very welcoming! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Long Weekend Away

We enjoyed the stay. The bungalow waa actually more spacious than the pictures alluded to which was nice as we brought along our two pups. Two blocks from the beach. Quieter end of Hampton which was nice while being just a short walk from the boardwalk.Chris responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had upon arriving. Parking is a little tricky but manageable.

Weekend stay

Where we stayed had everything we needed. It was clean and organized. AC worked well. Only issues we had were there were only two towels in the bathroom and there was limited parking. Before arriving we received an email from vrbo asking to invite people. We ask where they would park and there is no other parking at the bungalow. Parking would be paid parking.

Additional towels are available at the request of our guests . Number of towels placed in the bathroom is commensurate to the number of guests listed on the confirmed reservation. There is only one parking space per 1 bedroom Bungalow on site if more parking is needed there are options for additional parking of site as needed.

Highly recommend for families!

Other than a small hiccup with parking (entirely on me, I’m a garbage driver) we had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Having a 2 and 5 year old we were a good distance where the beach and boardwalk were just a wagon ride away and having all the amenities of being at home away from home came in such handy! Unit came stocked with board games for the kiddos to play, a coffee maker for mom and dad to enjoy in the morning, and all the cuteness of a beach get away without the crazy traffic or commotion. I would definitely recommend staying here again and will hopefully be back again in summers to come. Host was great in answering questions and providing handy resources for things going on the weekend we were there, such a great place to stay if you have young kids and need somewhere close but not loud to stay!

Great stay, would definitely book again

Very nice property and very quite inside even with being close to so many houses. It was closer to the beach then it seemed on the map and much bigger then expected when looking at the pictures. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone.

Great place

Easy to book. Property looks exactly as it does in pictures, well felt a little bigger than pictures. Close to beach and convenience store (in case you forget to buy something). Great water pressure in shower. Kids enjoyed the stay also.

Great Location

Lots of space and extra perks in this lovely unit. So close to the beach and host was great. The kids loved staying here and so did our pups. Cant wait to come back and stay longer.

I chose this neighborhood because of its location to just about everything you would like to do at a beach vacation destination which is all within walking distance and also just far away enough from the crowded boardwalk to enjoy some peace and quiet if you so desire sitting outdoors by the fire pit having a meal and cocktails with family and friends.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It has been updated over the past few years and I continue to add to its renewal each year to make it more comfortable , private , relaxing and peaceful as possible.
