Cette incroyable maison Big Bear récemment rénovée sera sans aucun doute vos meilleures vacances à ce jour. Situé sur un terrain magnifiquement entretenu, vous avez une grande cour latérale herbeuse pour jouer et activités d'été en plein air. Sans oublier la belle piscine avec jeux d'eau. Une trouvaille rare à Big Bear, votre groupe adorera les commodités que cette maison a à offrir. Entrez dans la grande salle aux plafonds voûtés. L'intérieur a subi une rénovation complète. Du tout nouveau beau plancher, des appareils de cuisine haut de gamme, aux touches spéciales dans chaque pièce qui vous feront souhaiter que vous n'ayez jamais à quitter. Au niveau inférieur, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec sa propre cheminée, une deuxième chambre, une cuisine gastronomique complète et une salle à manger formelle séparée. A l'étage, une mezzanine avec table de billard, deux chambres supplémentaires et de belles vues arborées. Sur le pont arrière est un gazebo, un bain à remous et l'accès à la piscine.

Great stay

We had a wonderful, cozy weekend at this house. Easy access to ski during the day at Snow Summit, a short drive!

Amazing!

Our stay at the cabin was amazing! We stayed with a group of friends and enjoyed it very much. The cabin was clean, big, entertaining, and provided a great environment for our group to enjoy our weekend getaway. The pictures depict the property very well and communication with the property manager was easy and efficient. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely property but pool not heated.

We loved the property but we were so disappointed that the pool was heated. Management and the pool service worked on the heater but it was not warm until our last day. We envisioned hours of our children playing with our grandchildren in the pool. With the covid virus, it was going to be especially awesome (the pool was the reason we booked that property!) Although we got free late check-out (1:30pm) , I think we could be compensated by giving us extra nights lodging.

Beautiful Property

The Splash Mountain home was beautiful. It is set on a lovely large lot with many very tall evergreen trees and a lovely deck with plenty of comfortable seating, a hot tub, and a grill. There is a lovely pool (which was out of commission during our 4- night stay). The house was spacious and very beautiful on the inside. We enjoyed playing pool, foosball, perusing the very nice library and watching tv in the living room. The kitchen was wonderful, and we enjoyed bird watching from the den every morning. The bedrooms and bathroom were modern and spacious and worked out perfectly for us. The property managers were wonderful. The check-in process went smoothly and the managers were very friendly and helpful. We were provided with a 24-hour contact number in case we needed assistance anytime. The village of Big Bear Lake was filled with fun things to do. We took a pontoon boat out on Big Bear Lake for a couple of hours and had fun exploring the entire lake. We later drove to the north shore of the lake and waded in the waters from the shore. We enjoyed many great restaurants and shopped in the Village, rode ski lifts up to the top of the mountain, rode the Alpine sled ride, and the younger ones hiked a short trail (the terrain is very hilly). Thank you to the owners and property managers! We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful house bad managers

The house was so beautiful the swimming pool is nice but was cold the manager he’s not professional .they didn’t answer the phone when you have any questions . I recommend the house but I don’t recommend this management

Weekend Getaway for our son's Birthday

Overall the home was very nice. The upstairs was perfect for the 7 teenagers (all 17 years old) with adequate sleeping arrangements. One bonus that wasn't listed in the description (unless I missed it) were 2 roll away beds. We thought a couple of the boys would have to sleep on the couch but they didn't need to. And having the game room upstairs was great since we (adults) stayed downstairs. Also it's very nice to have the large main living room at the base of the stairs that the boys used, and a separate living area off the kitchen that the adults used. One thing to note is only the main living room TV has cable, all the others are smart TVs but no cable. This didn't bother us because like most people we watch mainly Netflix, etc anyways. The decks were great, the BBQ worked perfectly, as did the hot tub & pool which they boys really enjoyed. The location is great, 1.5 miles to the grocery store and there are plenty of close restaurants. We actually did all the cooking at the house...the kitchen is very nice with great appliances & well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. If I had 1 negative comment, it was that the Master BR bathroom was connected to the 2nd bedroom downstairs, so you will definitely want to make sure no one else is in there from the other bedroom before you just walk in. Or make an arrangement with the 2nd BR downstairs to use the 1/2 bathroom in the hallway (which we did). Otherwise, it was as nice & good as advertised and we had a fantastic time.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
