Cottage au bord du lac situé sur le côté est du lac Owasco (Cottonwood Lane Firelane 4) à 3 km de Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, à moins de 8 km de la ville d'Auburn et à seulement 13 km du village de Skaneateles.
Seven Oaks est un chalet à deux étages. L'espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée comprend une cuisine, une salle à manger et une grande salle familiale avec vue sur le lac ainsi qu'une grande chambre principale et une deuxième salle de bain complète, laveuse et sécheuse. La chambre au deuxième étage et l'espace adjacent avec des lits superposés peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.
Grande terrasse pour manger et se détendre avec une vue imprenable sur le front de mer toute la journée et des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle le soir.
Il y a 35 marches jusqu'à une plage plate et un quai privé. Pour votre plaisir, il y a deux kayaks, une planche à pagaie, un foyer sur la plage et un barbecue à gaz sur le pont. L'allée accueille 4 places de parking.

In a word: Perfect!

We were so happy with this property we reserved it for June. The owner could not have been more accommodating and responsive. The view of the lake was gorgeous and the furniture was so comfy we hated to leave the living room. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet-perfect for walking our dog often.

On a positive note, the wall of living room windows gave a wonderful view of the lake. The home was clean and comfortable. The one issue we had was that the 2nd bathroom was also down stairs. Because we are in our 70's, we could not use the upstairs, so my sister slept on the couch all week. The back deck and stairs have no outdoor lighting, making it difficult to navigate the stairs after dark. If these issues are addressed in the future, this would probably receive a higher rating

Stunning Lake House

Our stay at Seven Oaks was the highlight of our trip! The cottage sits perched over Lake Owasco. We sat and watched as a storm moved across the lake one night and we also sat and watched the sun set many nights. The home is more beautiful than photos can capture. It has everything you need, including a library if one should finish or forget their book! There are so many places to sit and enjoy the outside. The lake was beautiful. Don't forget your water shoes as it is rocky on the bottom and not for the soft soled!The owners were wonderful, always responsive and communicative. We love the local ice cream store, Tom Thumb. You indulge on deliciously large servings of ice cream while seated outside with a panoramic view of the lake. It is a simple 5 minute drive from the house. We would return in a heartbeat and were sad to say good-bye to this vacation retreat. Thank you for making a special place to escape to!

The house is wonderful and the pictures online do not do it justice. It is a perfect place for the family to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake. We will definitely be staying again!

Weekend getaway

Beautiful, peaceful, warm and cozy home. Clean and spacious. The host was gracious and checked in making sure we were having a good time and that we had everything we needed. Perfect for three women and my dog. I highly recommend this home.

Overall nice place to stay. While the home is lake front and has all tje ammentieites needed it could use some minor TLC and a deeper clean. The owner was very nice and always available.

Amazing sunsets!

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing lake vacation. The cottage was spacious, the furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The living room and large deck are facing west, providing the best sunset view every evening. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to activities in the town of Auburn. The dock was great for fishing and having kayaks available was a bonus. Rick’s hospitality is amazing! I would love to stay here again!

Way better than the photos

No downsides to this property at all. Lovely lake view without moving from the sofa. Beautiful sunsets. Great coffee pot and kitchen amenities. Comfortable furnishings, great deck, with lots of seating and quiet neighborhood. Great place to recharge ypur batteries.

Beautiful location

The property was charming with a beautiful view. The house was perfect size for the six of us. The amenities were on point and the beach was great for our family. There is a garage for storage as well as a shed down by the beach. The lake is clean and refreshing. We loved the house and location! It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Beautiful Location

We really enjoyed this property’s location. It was a beautiful view of the lake. We were the first visitors of the season so there were some glitches. Thankfully the host was very kind and responsive to everything. It was the perfect size for our family to enjoy a graduation weekend and time together.

The Very Best

There are not enough superlatives to rate this property! The spectacular view sitting on the deck makes it all worthwhile! But that’s just the icing. It’s a perfect location. I’ve stayed at a number of places but this one outshines them all. I literally did not have to bring anything. Kitchen is well stocked with every item you will need. The “manager” certainly makes you feel welcomed and concerned you are comfortable with everything you need. If I could give more stars, I would! MLT

Needs lots of TLC

Riccardo was very responsive and I really appreciated that;thank you Ricardo. The location is great; loved watching sunsets on the lake every night. Sadly the whole house and deck need lots of TLC!!! The house needs central a/c; it got very hot at night to sleep. The bbq grill is rusted. The toilet seat downstairs needs securing. The whole interior needs to be painted. It could be a very nice house! The deck needs to be sanded and stained. Bed was comfortable.

The tastefully furnished interior blended seamlessly with the breathtaking views of Owasco Lake, creating an ambiance of pure relaxation. The open-concept living space allowed for effortless interaction among family and friends. The bedrooms were cozy and offered picturesque vistas. The deck and dock provided stunning panoramas and opportunities for water sports. The nearby towns and attractions added extra excitement. Owasco Lake's proximity to wineries, hiking trails, and daily treats at nearby Tom Thumb and Seb’s added an extra layer of excitement to our stay, ensuring there was always something new to explore. We highly recommend this lake house for a remarkable getaway!

Perfect Getaway

I had the pleasure of staying at this lakefront cottage recently, and it was an absolute delight. Beautiful property and house was well equipped with everything we needed. Rick even went and got us a fire stick so we could have a Fall fire by the water. Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay!
