This vintage mini home is like nothing else around. It is for the neo hippies (young), as well as folks who enjoyed living it back in the 1960's. Hippie's are known as flower children, free spirits, indigo children and bohemians who emphasized their LOVE for life and FREEDOM! We try to advocate LOVE, PEACE, and idealistic values, by allowing this you tend to radiate positive vibes for others wherever you go showing people how beautiful it is to be a FREE SPIRIT.
While staying in our mini home we hope it inspires you to reflect on your own life so you can relax and enjoy serenity in the Great Smoky Mountains, whether it be with a hike, horseback riding, many attractions & entertainment, shopping, grabbing a bite to eat or perhaps a picnic in Cades Cove National Park. Whatever you decide we hope it is stress free and you find PEACE, JOY & HAPPINESS. We thank you for staying at our little home away from home, and y'all come back to visit real soon.

Tiny Homes has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a 32' TV and room to unpack for your stay. It also has 2 twin bunk beds on the main level. 1 king bed in the loft area along with a 40' TV (there is only 3 feet of head room in the loft so it's perfect for your younger hippies to have their own space). There is a 40' TV in the Living Room with a dining table and couch to relax. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. This cabin screams retro! The décor will bring back some awesome memories of when times were simpler! This cabin is truly one of a kind with great mountain views along with easy access. The kitchen is fully equipped all you need to do is bring food and drinks. And If you want to sit outside to enjoy the views or grill out and listen to the frog sing in the nearby creek there is plenty of room! A picnic table, a small fire ring, a park grill and there is even a sitting area on the front porch. It's time to kick off your shoes and relax as this tiny home has it all.

This property is too cute! Great location! Reception with the tv and WiFi weren’t the greatest but overall a very nice place to stay. Especially for the price.

The Happy house review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great place to stay for short visits. This is the second time we have stayed at his location and same tiny home. The only negative thing is the TVs upstairs or in the bedroom never connected to internet for us to watch and I think there may have been an issue with the air conditioners. It was comfortable ( because it wasn’t hot outside ) but I don’t think they were cooling like they should’ve been.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The tiny home was exactly what we needed. More than enough space for my family of 4. Interactions with the staff was always professional, friendly. If you stay more than a few days, just be prepared to wash your towels in the washer/dryer in the tiny home. Breakfast vouchers for Reagan’s came in handy, we upgraded our voucher to include the buffet at the restaurant. We would definitely stay again.

Almost needed to cancel our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and that was NOT an option, but we were able to rearrange our stay time and that was nice. I don’t think they have a pool or any amenities there. No bath house for the campers. That didn’t affect us. Would stay again

Check in with flawless the property as a whole Is magnificent , but But as far as communication with management at the hours for emergencies was horrible. I was not able to get out of the bedroom because the door wand some kind of way (pocket door) I call to leave messages with management and an emergency number. And never received the call back until 2 days later. I was stuck in the bedroom for 2 and a 1/2 hours until my son found out what the problem was to get us out. I am very disappointed that there was nothing in place in the case of an emergency like that.

Great Location, uncomfortable seating

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year, staying in a tiny home with Cove Mountain. We stayed in the happy shack. There is so much decor all over the place. You’re not supposed to move the decor, but you can’t even eat at the table because there was a birdhouse in a big radio on it. There are two separate areas on the wall with four hooks on each one, but they have decor on every single hook. You cannot even hang your personal items on it. My husband kept hitting his head on this wall shelf while getting out of bed the amount of decor is overwhelming. We had a problem with a wasp infestation the first day we arrived. We picked up 17 dead ones and killed multiple others . The office sent an exterminator who came and sprayed, but the wasps must have been in the ceiling because every time we came back for the end of the day we had to kill wasps this went on for eight days out of the nine that we were there. The owner was willing to work with us. If we found someplace else to stay, he would refund us, but we didn’t have a lot of extra funds so we decided to stay. The owner said he was completely full and have nowhere to move us. I was disappointed that the owner never called back to inquire how things were going or if the wasps were still a problem. After the first few nights, many people at the other tiny homes had left the area, and they certainly could’ve moved us. The futon is not very comfortable, and the retro stools are too small and hurt your legs. The outside metal chairs we could only sit on in the evening as they were too hot with the sun beating on them. The fans were full of dust just like they were last year even though I called to ask about it ahead of time. The cleaning service is not that great so my suggestion is to bring your own cleaning supplies. Overall, we love this area and love the pool and the pancake breakfast offered. We realize things happen and we would definitely stay here again. The peace and quiet away from all the hustle an

Had a great stay in the tiny cabin. Love the area and the views. Only problem was the hot water heater was not big enough. Only one person can get hot shower at time but we managed. Great staff.Lamar was really helpful with all our questions. Will stay again when in the area.
