The 2 bedroom room was spacious, the furniture was nice, however the king bed mattress was messed up and had a low spot that hurt my wife's back. The forks and knifes were very low quality and same for plates and bowls the folding doors were all broke and need to just be left open, the hot tub was broke and roped off looked like for a long time For the money I might look some place else.

This condo has been rated as 9.6, but I would say it is basically average. The pool and grounds are very nice. The couch in the condo is nice, but the four chairs are wicker and not comfortable. The condo was clean, but the carpeting could use vacuumed around the beds and base boards. The condo walls need painted.The bathroom towels could be replaced. The white towels are stained. The washer is probably on its last leg, very loud. No chairs to sit on the condo balcony. The hot tub at the pool has not worked in two years.One last thing the traffic in this area is horrible. You must have patience to drive, but most people don't.

Great landing spot for our family

This condo had everything we needed for a landing spot for our family for a week in the Miami area. The condo was clean and comfortable. My husband had to work remotely while the kids and I hit the pool or the beach nearby. WiFi was always reliable for him. The washer and dryer were so nice to have after a full day of swimming at the pool or beach.The location was perfect, less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. The mall was very close for anything we needed. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice place....convenient to all local attractions

The internet was not working properly when we arrived. The manager responded quickly and it was fixed by ATT promptly. Nice/comfortable apartment. Two minor issues was there were not enough chairs at the pool during peak hours. And the mango trees are so tall that there is no view of the harbor from the balcony despite what the photo in the listing shows.

Nice condo - 5 min drive to the beach

The condo was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate of how everything looked inside. Everything was clean and the host left us more than enough supplies (i.e paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc) to last the week. Appreciated that they also stocked the fridge with 6 bottles of water and a half gallon of OJ and also left some crackers and a jar of PBJ. Beds were comfortable. When we were there, the condo was enforcing the Covid restrictions they stated. Pool capacity was being enforced and reservations were checked by security prior to entering the pool area. The pool area is clean and the pool was heated. Plenty of parking available. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Nice apartment

The apartment was clean with a great view of the marina. We had a few minor issues. The television in the master bedroom did not work. Owner did send someone to look at it, but issue was not resolved. Also, there were no pillowcases on pillows in the second bedroom and no extras in the apartment to use. I am sure owner would have brought us pillowcases, but since we own a second apartment in the area we just brought over our own. Otherwise it is a nice apartment and we would stay again.

Great Condo

Was very convenient and easy to access. Liked that this was not a high rise condo. Unit was just as described and everything was comfortable. Working with owner was super easy. They followed up during our stay to insure we had all we needed. Would stay again.

During our time at the Yacht Club, we especially enjoyed the great amenities and of the excellent Aventura area. We spent many days at the pool, had BBQs, and sat out on the deck fishing and watching the boats go by on the canal.

Located in the The Yacht at Aventura, 5 min away from the beach, 3 min from the Aventura Mall, Restaurants, Entertaining and more. It is a wonderful, quiet, and safe neighborhoods with a great community feel.

The Yacht Club at Aventura condominium is located in a quiet residencial area, and is a safe, 24hr gated community with excellent amenities for the entire family. It offers large heated pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, two tennis and basketball courts, indoor racquetball, BBQ area, marina access, and a business center with free internet, printer, fax machine and an ATM available.
The Yacht Club at Aventura is 3 min walking distance to the Safra Synagogue.
Its great location provides very easy and convenient access to South Beach, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach to the south, and to Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale area to the north. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more! This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers or families.
