Studio confortable au coeur de Jersey City.
Convient aussi bien aux voyageurs qu'aux hommes d'affaires. Il est entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et fraîchement rénové.
5-7 minutes à pied du métro / métro PATH (NJ transit) à Journal Square, à 15 minutes du World Trade Center, à 25 minutes du centre de Manhattan.

Ce studio dispose d'une salle de bain, d'une cuisine puis d'un studio qui a été divisé par un patriote pour créer un espace de vie et une chambre. Il est simple et équipé de l'essentiel pour votre séjour proche de NYC. Il est parfait pour un voyageur en solo ou en couple mais peut accueillir une troisième personne dans un canapé-lit.

Verry clean property ..had a nice stay n the Owener was verry understanding when our flight was delayed he extended the stay..I wud blindly recomend this property..verry close to the Indian street n also near to path for NY..overall a great experience ..

Good location but few cons

The location was great, 15-20 min away from Manhattan. But the building smells a little, and the listing is not very accurate to pictures as there’s a door which is shown doubled on the announcement.

Good little spot

Perfectly acceptable space, though hasn't been deep cleaned in a long time (doesn't bother me, but may bother others). Right next to Little India in Jersey City and easy to get into Manhattan from this location. Property manager was easy to communicate with and reach.

Close to Manhattan Easy Public transit

It was spacious and clean. It was only a 10 minute walk to the PATH train which takes you to NYC in about 15 minutes. There are plenty of corner stores and restaurants nearby open late. My only complaint is that the water could be a little hotter, otherwise, there was a fridge, microwave, and mini kitchen. Was able to save leftovers for the next morning and heat them up. Great place to stay if you want to save money and visit NYC.

100% Privacy

The owner gives you 100% privacy. And it is self check in. So you have to put a code in to get in, which the owner gives you before checking in. Its a very smooth and easy process. A nice getaway if you want to relax for a few days. there is a kitchen bathroom and refrigerator. so you can cook They also have a flat screen tv. which is internet ready so you can watch regular tv, or prime, youtube, netflix, and they provide free internet.. I would definitely recommend this place.

Adorable small apartment one block from India Square and amazing food. Three blocks from PATH station that can take you anywhere. The other occupants are very heavy footed all hours of the day and night, but we turned on some music to sleep through it the best we could. They also left their front door open many times, but our apartment had its own lock so as long as our door was closed it was okay. They provided a radiator heater that kept it warm, but we had to ask for it. Fridge, microwave, and kitchen items helped us keep food bills down so we could get a few groceries and enjoy leftovers. Overall a good experience.

If you Have no other choice!

The pictures I could share would tell the real story. The amount of outside noise, noisy upstairs neighbors stomping and smoke detector beeping for a week straight was maddening. The place needed dusting and the walls needed painting. I killed roaches on days 1,3 and 5! I notified the owner on day two! The blinds are missing slats so you can see inside the place and out whether you want to or not. The address numbers are secured to the door with tape….barely. And the trash outside the building was plentiful.

This property is located in the "India Square" area of Jersey City. This is great, if you love Indian food. Unfortunately,its quite a trek to find anything else, if that's not your thing. The property is small, and there are several suites in the house. We had privacy and safety concerns as on two separate occasions, a random man walked into our room! Once when I was in the shower! Make sure you lock the door We left for breakfast one morning, and upon return we found that our suite had been entered and all our belongings were piled on a chair. This includes travel documents, electronics and clothing. A simple "please check out" text on my phone. This was 3 nights before our scheduled check out date, and I have still not received any reply from my complaints to VRBO. All in all, very impressive. Just pay the extra and stay in NYC, it's not worth it!

PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Following this experience, I could write a book on how not to manage a property. Our experience was so bad that we had to be re-booked by VRBO to another property since it got to a stage of threat to personal security. VRBO should have attended to this matter when we first reported it within the first few days. Please allow me to summarize: - There are insects and bugs all over the property - The flush broke down and the host (Ajay) blamed me for not helping with the repair. Is it my job to repair the flush? - The host has multiple units in the same property and the door codes are not changed after check out and are uniform across all units; which means that the guests have access to all the units. A person unlocked and walked into my unit at 1am claiming to be his unit. - Four days in advance of my check out, the cleaners barged into the unit asking me to check out and I had to push them out of my unit. Upon lodging a complaint with VRBO, the host claimed that I was lying while there is a camera in the corridor which recorded the incident and he refused to share the footage. VRBO intervened after much discussion and assured me that the unit will be taken off their platform. I hope no one else has to live through two weeks of mental, emotional and physical horror!

This guy never stayed in property. It was his daughter who was the guest. She wanted cleaning middle of stay. Which is not provided. Mid week there was house keeping issue. I sent someone. But his daughter refused entry.

Die Unterkunft ist ein eigentlich gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, wenn auch nicht ganz sauber. Leider liegt sie im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Straße und auch die Hausbewohner sind nicht gerade leise. Die Unterkunft eignet sich aber gut, um schnell nach Manhatten zu kommen: In 5-10 Minuten kann man zur Metro-Station gehen und ist von dort in ca. 20 Minuten beim One-World-Center. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, kann es auf einem der kleinen, bewachten Parkplätze um die Ecke abstellen, dies ist allerdings unglaublich teuer. Die Vermieter waren über sms schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit!

Good experience / hospitable host.

The property is located on street level so you might experience some road noise during rush hour traffic otherwise this is a great stay and very clean. Has all the amenities I need including basic cutlery & plates, a microwave & a stove for basic cooking (not that we used it). A couple walks to India Ave so great food all over. The host was always available and responsive which made the stay even more pleasant. Will be coming back here again.

Decent place. The host is really great at responding quickly and helping with any issues. There’s not much to work with in the kitchen but still was manageable. Would recommend.

Great Location, really a cozy apartment

Apartment as seen in pictures. Kitchen has all implements to make quick food, like breakfast. Great location, 10 minutes walk to Square Plaza train station to NY, lots of supermarkets near the apartment.

I didn’t really like it. The bed sheets was really dirty and I didn’t like the way they left the rest of toilet papers as I thought that we should have new ones to use.

Bed sheets were direct from the laundry. This is the first ever time we had the issue. you only called me for the heating and power issue. Had you told me about the bed sheets I would have fixed it immediately. There were plenty extra sheets in the Studio itself. I think you used them. You had an extra brand new toilet roll also.
