Idéal pour les célibataires ou les couples. Arrêt de bus est à seulement un pâté de maisons, magasins et supermarchés à distance de marche.

• Nous souhaitons la bienvenue à votre domicile. Veuillez vous informer des règles de la maison, qui sont mises en place pour tous nos invités afin de garder cet endroit au meilleur de sa capacité et de rendre votre séjour confortable.
• Heure de départ est à 11h00
• Interdiction de fumer

The host was great, but the bed was less than ideal. I kept rolling off the bed due to it being so worn down on the edge. We also had a very hard time with the heat. One night we were shivering and the next we woke up sweating. There was no in between.

Nice and clean studio room. It is small so it was perfect for just two people. We paid for a parking spot through the host and it was just a short walk to the entrance of the apartment building. The exterior of the building looks older but inside is updated and very nice. You can briefly hear others speaking as they’re walking to their apartment in the hallway, but no one loitered in the hallways, so it was overall very quiet.The neighborhood was really nice for walking to restaurants and it was also very easy to take the bus into NYC. Definitely would stay again.

The property was great for us. Yes it is small but when you are essentially only using the place to rest you really don't need much more room. My wife and I spent pretty much every day in NYC so the bus stop being right outside of the VRBO was nice. There are also two exceptional restaurants within walking distance of this place. Casa Di Napoli if you want some great Italian food and Maracaibo which was our favorite restaurant between Jersey and NYC. Highly recommend staying here if you want easy transport to the city and interested in great local restaurants.

Great Place

Centrally located it was nice to walk to everything needed. I caught a bus and two trains the the Meadowland sports complex for the soccer match very easy. I had no problems with noise form the city streets or the neighbors in the complex. Very comfortable and everything you could need for a little studio apartment. I got a parking spot and had no problems with check in or check out. Will stay here again if I need to go to NJ or NYC!!

Perfect size for a couple. Neighborhood seemed very safe. Bus stop in front of the apartment building. Only one bus from port authority. Very convenient if exploring NYC. Parking was right by the door and very affordable. Apartment was clean and well maintained.

Cute, Cozy, and Convenient

My mom got my partner and I this studio for our weekend trip to new york. This bed was really comfy and my partner mentioned it was the best they have slept while travelling. The Hoboken terminal is 20 minutes away and the location of the apartment is in the heart of North Bergen where everything was 5 minutes apart. Overall we would consider this location inbthe future!

Great place, great host!

First and foremost, the host, Claudia was great with communicating with any questions I had. Check in process was easy. The studio apartment was exceptionally clean. It is a small space but was perfect for 2 people who are going to be out and about much of.the time. I would stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed in plenty of VRBO places, and this was one of the best. Good/clean neighborhood, VERY easy to catch the bus to New York, and uber eats is very responsive 😀. Very clean space. Will go again!

Wonderful NY experience!

We had a wonderful time. Our apartment was adorable, clean, bright and artistic! We felt safe and comfortable. Thrilled that there was a Dunkin' a couple of blocks away. The bus was easy to catch into the city and easy to bring back home from the Port Authority station. I would recommend this property if you want a small cozy place close to the City.

A Good Spot

This was a location that served to get into NYC with ease of access. The owner left helpful welcoming written tips regarding how to catch public transport, nearby eateries for food deliveries, etc. Amazon orders are possible, but unfortunately a few items went missing from my order that were in the picture Amazon provided for the delivery. Neighbors played incredibly loud music on a holiday that ran into early morning hours, with loud chatter over the music. Overall it was a safe dwelling that got the job done for our time there.

Comfy and Cozy in NJ!

This perfectly accessible and reasonably priced VRBO met all our needs plus+ on a wonderful trip to see Coldplay at MetLife, Phantom and other touristy spots. The host was organized, prompt and clear in communications. She made it all very easy with directions to/from, tips, etc. The studio was very clean and just the right size for my daughter and I. Few steps away from transit to NYC which we did everyday. The unit was super clean, lots of hot water, quiet with little ambient noise. Highly recommend and would return again. Sandy from Canada

Great option

I wanna start by saying that this is a fantastic option if you cannot afford to stay directly inside New York City. The extra pay for parking is well worth it because you are right in front of the building. The apartment itself is very small, but clean and well-maintained.There is everything you need to cook if you choose to do so, and the shower is a good size.I will say the noise level in the building itself is high, and I would’ve brought a white noise machine had I known. She does provide earplugs, which is very kind of her.It is about 20 minutes into the city, which is a super easy drive. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and saw people walking at all hours of the day and night, it is not a secluded area.I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and Cozy: A Perfect Stay Near NYC!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio apartment during my visit to NYC! The location was perfect, with a bus stop right next to the apartment that took me to NY in just about 20 minutes. It was incredibly convenient and made exploring the city a breeze. The studio itself was simple but comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The amenities were just right, and I appreciated having all the essentials readily available. Plus, having shops and stores nearby was definitely a bonus! Overall, I think this apartment is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to visit New York while staying in New Jersey. It offers a great balance between convenience, comfort, and affordability. I highly recommend it!

Outstanding!

From browsing stage to departure, Claudia was exceptional. Claudia is always at hand to answer any question or query at any time of day or night. I would always get a response within ten mins. The information provided was easy to follow and the booking process was comfortable. With regards to the apartment itself, I cannot highly recommend it enough. The location was fantastic! Much better than staying directly in Times Square. This area was so quaint and so much going on and the prices of food and items were substantially cheaper than in the city. The bus routes are brilliant. The instructions to follow that Claudia provides are clear and with the bus stop literally outside the path to the door of the apartment you cannot go wrong. The apartment inside is small BUT it has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a short break in New York. It’s perfect for one or two persons. Excellent heating system and perfect cooling system. Very convenient mini kitchen with gas hob and oven and sink and kettle with microwave and very spacious fridge freezer. Tv channels are limited but why would you want to stay in and watch tv when there’s so much to see and do locally and in the city?! Advising anyone visiting New York to stay here as it saves you so much money for the other things in New York and is a memorable place to enjoy some quiet time. Claudia to the very end was brilliant as a host. Hassle free, no fuss and to the point. Excellence at its best!
