Dites à vos amis que vous l'éprouvez dans les montagnes mais nous savons que vous le vivez dans le luxe. Cette belle maison en bois rond sur mesure de 4200 pieds carrés a été achevée en novembre 2013. Il offre quatre chambres et trois et 1/2 salles de bain. Vous entrerez et direz «Pincez-moi». La cuisine et la grande salle sont à tomber par terre. Asseyez-vous dans la grande salle et profitez de la vue depuis les fenêtres donnant sur les montagnes ou la télévision à écran plat avec le forfait premium de Direct TV. Profitez de la chaîne Golf, de toutes les chaînes ESPN et bien d'autres. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse et le porche couvert ou promenez-vous dans la nature. Ayez la merveilleuse sensation d'isolement à seulement cinq minutes du Rumbling Bald Resort. Ces vacances deviendront rapidement une tradition familiale!

Les petits animaux seront considérés au cas par cas. We had such a great time at this cabin! It was perfect for two large families. It was a great property for the kids to run around on and explore. We made some great memories and would definitely stay again.

Anniversary celebration

Large cabin with most needed amenities; since the power went out the night of our anniversary celebration dinner and there was no propane for the grill it was a little challenging but since my son is a chef he figured it out; propane tank was delivered but too late for the grill. We brought flashlights as suggested but house needs more on premise and perhaps a generator so toilets and water works; power did not return until the following morning at 5:30 am.

Hi Mary: Thank you for the positive review. We are happy you enjoyed your stay. So future guests are not discouraged by your review, please allow me to address the power and propane tank. Yes you indeed stayed with us during a massive storm that knocked out power for 3,000 local homes and business within a very small geographical radius. Adding difficulty to logistics, that particular day there were trees down blocking the only road we have that goes around Lake Lure. So admittedly delivering a new propane tank as fast as you desired was a bit challenging. In a normal stay without blocked roads, our team would have already delivered a full tank prior to your stay. As all of our power lines are above-ground, we are prone to power outages. That said, power is generally restored within a short and reasonable timeframe. refridgerator big inconvenience

The loaner refridgerator was 1/2 size and froze eggs and yougurts plus we had to buy cookers and ice because of limited space and poor temp control. A big inconvenience sonce we brought lots of food since stores so far away. only other minor thing is that bath on second floor would be perfect if toilet was in its own room. otherwise more utensils etc then we knew so we hauled a lot of unneeded stuff and will know better next visit. Beautiful view even saw bear.

Hello Margaret: Thank you for the review. I felt compelled to reply so that future Guests are not discouraged by your comments. Yes, the refrigerator in the home had a problem upon your arrival. Nobody wishes these circumstances didn't happen more than we do. Unfortunately life will sometimes throw a curve ball. That said, we thought our customer service was ABSOLUTELY STELLAR being that we actually hauled you a loaner refrigerator to the home the very SAME DAY! We can't change the design of the home, so a toilet in its own room is something that is beyond our control. The bathroom is clearly photographed and the toilet location is depicted in the listing. If that was an issue, perhaps this wasn't the home for you. We host 4,000 reservations per year and I don't think we've ever had a Guest complain that the home was too well equipped with utensils and they were unhappy they brought their own unnecessarily. Interesting thing to put in a review. Our staff tries very hard to ensure exceptional Guest stays, and we felt your penalty of the home for things beyond our control was very unfortunate.

Amazing stay, gorgeous property and house - well stocked amenities

We absolutely loved this house and fully intend on booking it again in the future! First, the property is private and quiet, yet convenient to Lake Lure area. It has ample space and amenities to be able to fully relax, have fun and enjoy the beautiful Lake Lure area. The kitchen was amply stocked with supplies for cooking. There were plenty of children items, such as a pack-n-play, making the stay with two infants very easy. The house is gorgeous - well appointed, decorated and comfortable. The property is well maintained and has a nice walking trail to the creek behind the house. We had no complaints about the house, the property management or anything. It truly was great. A note that is important: cell service (at least on Verizon) is nearly non-existent at the property. Wifi is available but was out for a good portion of our stay; I believe it was a service provider issue. Something important to note if reliable, consistent internet connection is needed during your stay.

Beautiful getaway

Was only able to spend 2 full days at this house, but we are already planning our next trip down. Beautiful log cabin house with an amazing view. Very secluded. Only about 15 minutes from the lake, which is one of the most beautiful lakes I've ever been on.

Lake Lure house

Positives: - The home and property are amazingly beautiful. Clean, very comfortable beds, lots of open space. Negatives: - The location. I suggest the description be updated to clearly state how remotely located this house is. It's up a poorly marked dirt road and is 20+ minutes away from anything. The closest grocery store was 30 min away. We did not know this heading out, and it was tough arriving with kids and being so far from supplies.

Love this spot!

Had this spot for my wedding weekend and I can’t say enough! Loved every second of it. Only slight issue was only half the jets in the hot tub were working (that we could figure out). But the view was amazing.

Great weekend getaway

great weekend getaway. A little difficult to find, because of spotty cell service but the office was very helpful. Once we got there wifi was great. Great space, great view, relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Place

Very nice cabin, Great location, for the time that we been there we didn't see any neighbors. There is a creek nearby that you can't see from the cabin but you can hear it, is not very hard to get to it. If you walk up the street you can also find a nice waterfall. Would definitely come back to the place.

Secluded beauty

The 'Pinch Me' property is just beautiful. This was the perfect getaway for family to meet in a safe and secluded area. The views off the back porch are breathtaking and relaxing in the hot tub with the mountains behind you was amazing. Plenty of room for three families, the kids loved the space to run around and play everywhere. They even made an epic sofa fort in the basement. The fire pit with stadium seating was great and the house came fully stocked with pots and pans and even some seasonings. Be sure to stock up on groceries you may need as the closest store is approximately 20 min away while access to Lake Lure is about 30 min. A wonderful place to stay that was quiet and relaxing, just what was needed during this turbulent time. Thank you!
