Superbe golfe de Cape San Blas / front de mer 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain plus une zone de couchette. Accueil se trouve directement sur les dunes. Situé sur la belle extrémité nord du Cap San Blas à un mile de St. Joe State Park. Vue panoramique sur le golfe du Mexique, la plage et la côte. La maison est joliment décorée avec un paquet de meubles haut de gamme. La maison comprend des planchers de bois franc gratté à la main rustique européen, de beaux comptoirs en marbre et des éclaboussures en marbre, des électroménagers en acier inoxydable améliorés pour inclure un réfrigérateur Subzero, une machine à glaçons de style pépite et un refroidisseur à vin. Belle lumière personnalisée accents à la maison.

La maison dispose d'un système de divertissement haut de gamme installé. Le salon et chaque chambre sont équipés de téléviseurs à écran plat LED Ultra-HD. Chaque téléviseur à écran plat est équipé de téléviseurs intelligents compatibles WiFi avec Netflix Amazon, huluplus, YouTube, etc. La maison dispose également d'un système DVR multi-pièces Tivo installé. Avec DVR multi-pièces vous pouvez définir vos propres enregistrements, pause / avance rapide / rembobinage TV en direct.

La troisième chambre comprend un lit queen-size et une zone de couchette en bois. Une baignoire séparée ci-joint comprend une baignoire autoportante, un meuble-lavabo avec évier, des planchers de marbre et une porte de grange.

Beautiful house; great location; owners super responsive and friendly

Place is gorgeous! Few things: though the owners were super responsive, I hated asking them questions about every little thing, so a house book explaining TV's/remotes, special care instructions, where things are/what's not supplied etc. would be nice! Also, this was the first place I've ever rented that did not supply garbage bags and can liners...I've rented a lot of houses in the Cape Cod area, the west coast and in Europe and this is the first place we had to go get trash bags! Maybe it's a Florida thing as this is my first Florida rental?!?! Overall beautiful, functional rental!

Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed first week of April 2018 for Spring Break. The weather was beautiful. The house was professionally decorated and stocked as advertised....first class! From the silverware to the abundant plates and cups to the nearly unlimited cable choices and the high end appliances, no detail was overlooked. Oh, and I forgot to mention the beds.....I woke up and thought I was staying at the Ritz....that good! This was our 8th visit to the Cape, and this was the best house we have stayed in. The proximity to the beach was also excellent. If there was anything I could suggest in improving, and in no means am I nitpicking, it would be an upgrade in the BBQ grill....it's getting tired. We'll be back!

Outstanding location and accomodations

It's hard to beat a house on the beach, but a well maintained, decorated, and supplied house on the beach is nearly impossible to find...until now. Our family stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The views are incredible and the house is setup with everything you need. We will be back here for sure!

Couldn’t ask for more!

This home has everything you would want or need! And the view is breathtaking. Literally steps from the shoreline. Quiet. Peaceful. We loved the back deck in the evenings and star gazing was amazing. The beds were very comfortable too! Don’t miss this place!

Not a beach house, a beach home.

We had a great week. Great location on the Cape. The house was very well furnished. Nothing has been overlooked or cut short. It was like moving into new home for a week. Every last detail made sure that we were comfortable. The cleanliness of the house was also impressive. The owners made the booking process very easy and supplied us with all the information that we needed for the week. They were also always available to answer questions, assist when needed and always responded quickly.

Simply Amazing

I can't add much that all of the others have regarding how well kept this place is. The view is unbeatable and the property is one of the best kept places I've ever stayed in. All of the appliances/furnishings are top notch and having a dedicated ice maker saved us several trips to the store. Even the beds are wonderful... to the point where my wife stated it was one of the most comfortable she has ever slept on and she now wants to see about us getting the same thing. The only thing I felt they could improve upon (which was previously stated by another person) is to provide a better grill. The one they provide is a very cheap charcoal grill that can barely stand up and should probably be trashed. Not that this is a show stopper, but if you plan to do any outdoor cooking while you stay then I would suggest bringing your own portable grill. Restaurant options on the cape are very limited so you do need to plan on having several meals at home.

The Best House on CSB

Peaceful wonderful Vacation

This part of the forgotten coast is exactly why we come here. We have owned and stayed in several homes as well as condos on the Cape. This home is definitely 1st class and I would recommend it.

Amazing.

Seas the Cape was incredible! The forgotten coast is one of my honey's favorite vacation areas so we spent his birthday here. This home spares no detail. It was inviting, comfortable, luxurious with breathtaking views and a perfect location. We can not wait to return to Cape San Blas and stay here again!

Five Star Resort!

Had a wonderful 30yr Wedding celebration right on beach behind the house. The weather was perfect and the sunsets were out of this world! The home interior was like staying in a five star resort! Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated house directly on the beach

We (mother and daughters) enjoyed our time at Seas the Cape. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. There were only two things that blemished our visit to Cape San Blas. One was the biting flies. But the major blemish was number two: Hurricane Irma. We left a day earlier than we probably had to but we were concerned about flooding, traffic headed north, and availability of fuel.

Highly recommended!

We just enjoyed a fantastic week at the Worthy's home. We've rented many times and this is easily the most comfortable and nicely appointed home we've ever stayed in. The owners have spared no expense to make their guests feel spoiled and welcome. Everything in the house worked well which is rarely the case in a rental. What's lacking in curb appeal is more than made up for in location and interior decor. It is just steps to a fabulous beach and a great sand bar. We enjoyed many highlights, specifically perfect sunsets on the deck, our bike ride to the tip of the cape, take out low country boil from Skully's (also on the back deck), the ice maker that won't quit, Indian Pass Raw Bar (get there early), oysters and more oysters, and a fishing trip with a guide on the bay. We will definitely return!

Beyond Amazing Rental with the highest quality of interior design and exterior view to match!

This home is by far the most beautiful rental I have seen! You will be sure you are walking into a very well appointed, private residence...not a rental! It is laid out well and every detail is there...Wine refrigerator, keurig, espresso, crushed ice maker (this is life changing and you don't even know it will be)! Every detail down to the dishes and serving pieces are all beautiful and coordinate well. The deck has the glass panel front so the view is completely unobstructed. The beach. This is the most beautiful combination of white sand, natural areas and low crowds that I have seen anywhere along the gulf. The beach is easily accessible via a few steps off the deck. There are just no bad things I could say about this home and the location is great. We always find the most amazing shells on the Cape! I highly recommend this one and The Worthys were wonderful. Thank you for letting us stay and we will be back!

Wonderful home and stay

We really enjoyed the Cape and were glad to leave behind the traditional crowds along 30A in the panhandle. The beach and the Gulf were simply beautiful -great for shelling. My husband and the kids loved fishing in the surf all day (the lady fish were really biting the week were there). As you can tell from the pictures, the home is over the top nice with a well stocked kitchen and other amenities. The deck is the best part where you can enjoy a toddy or dinner while watching the amazing sunset. The Worthy's were excellent communicators and were very responsive with our questions. We will be back for sure.

Property is very well furnished and decorated nicely. Everyone especially loved the pellet ice maker

At first glance when you drive up it doesn't look like much, but once you enter it is apparent the owner spared no expense when renovating. Beds are incredibly comfortable, bathrooms have awesome showers and tubs, and the back porch has the perfect view with a glass railing.

The Jordans

I want to live at this house

I want to live at this house! It is so beautiful. It is right on the beach, which is so convenient compared to other places I have stayed where you have to drag all of your beach stuff down an elevator or across a street to get to the beach. There's not a lot of people at the beach either so it feels like your very own. No fighting for a good place to sit! I really liked the travel size soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms- that was a nice touch that you normally do not get in a rental! I will rent this house from now on. My family and I used to go to Destin & PCB but they have become overcrowded and we enjoy the peaceful vibe the Cape has to offer! Ride bikes when you go, there’s a dedicated bike path! Also- you HAVE to go to Indian Pass Raw Bar. It's a local restaurant that operates off of the honor system and you can help yourself to soda, beer, water, etc!! Fun concept! And their raw oysters are DELICIOUS! Also, to touch on something I saw in another review, I wasn't disappointed that the owner only provided a couple of trash bags. Anywhere I have ever stayed, there was only a "starter" trash bag or none at all!! I always plan to go to the store to get that kind of stuff when I rent a place. We rented a house, not a hotel room ;-) The owners provided more than "starters" for trash bags and dish washing detergent and for that I am appreciative!

Back for MORE!

The sirens of Cape San Blas were calling, so we have returned. We spent a week in this magnificent place, in this stunning house, in February and have returned in April (which wasn’t soon enough). Cape San Blas, in combination with Clinton and Michelle’s no-detail-missed home is a win-win proposition. My previous review covers all of the house details, but I’m back to reiterate and confirm February wasn’t an anomaly -- our second visit is just as heavenly. If you have a question or concern, Clinton and Michelle are lightning-fast responsive. Apalachicola has fast become our favorite day-trip. Only a 35-minute scenic drive due east, Apalachicola “provides 90 percent of the state's oysters and 10 percent of the nation's oyster supply”, so if you want oysters prepared 70 ways -- this is the place for you. It bears mentioning we’re from New England. We know and have access to amazing seafood, and we remain thoroughly impressed with the Apalachicola oyster. Immaculately maintained, this adorable historic town is great for casual dining, walking, shopping and taking in the beautiful Apalachicola Bay. When we’re not in Apalachicola, we spent hours at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, right around the corner from the house. $6 for a carload or $2 on a bike grants you access to some of the most breath-taking, unpopulated white sand beaches. We have waked for miles and have yet to reach the point… but we’re determined. Cape San Blas is a dog-friendly beach, which brings the nicest people here. I have never an unmanaged dog or their byproducts. It is enjoyable to interact with the dogs and their owners - everyone has been kind, respective and approachable. Again, I cannot say enough about our hosts or this place. Cape San Blas has beaten out our favorite destination in the British Virgin Islands... right here in the USA.

Situated on the gulf side of Cape San Blas, there are only a few stairs between you and the most remarkable beach in the USA. Both my husband and I grew up on the Connecticut shore and have had the opportunity to enjoy the beaches from Maine to Miami. Based on a friend’s suggestion, we took a chance on Cape San Blas. We now feel confident in saying the beach at Cape San Blas blows away the entire eastern seaboard. If you’re after white sand beaches as far as the eye can see, with no lines, loud music, or positioning for a place to lay your towel or chair… here you’ll find Nirvana. About the house: you will be staying in a jaw-dropping showplace, with the best linens and the most comfortable and luxurious furnishings, making your stay feel like time spent at a five-star resort. The deck offers panoramic views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets. Find every conceivable kitchen tool in the spacious marble-countered & stainless- steel-appliance chef’s kitchen, allowing you to create amazing meals to enjoy in the exquisite dining room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are as beautiful as they are functional – I can’t gush enough. We aren’t huge cooks, so we ordered take out in order to enjoy the ambiance in the house, which was better than the area dining establishments. The St. Joseph Wilderness Preserve is only a few miles away where you can enjoy miles of largely unoccupied beach, the best beach-combing I’ve ever experienced and amazing wildlife (we saw bald eagles, bobcat tracks, deer and throngs of seabirds). The entire experience was heavenly and we cannot wait to come back. Thank you for one of our most memorable vacations, Clinton & Michelle!!! PS - This might be the largest collection of the positive adjectives I've ever used. PSS - My husband put me in charge of planning this trip and he is a tough critic. He loves me more now.

Stunning!

Absolutely loved the ease of walking off the deck and onto the beach. The views are just breathtaking! Sitting on the deck feels like you are on the beach. House is beautifully decorated. Spacious spa like baths. The location is one of the best on The Cape. Great views of Bay and Gulf. Thank you Worthy's for sharing your beautiful home! We will be back.

Seaside Tranquility!

Location, Location, Location! Very peaceful stretch of beach next to JRish Park. Step off the deck onto the beach. Panoramic Views from the Deck. House was very clean and orderly. Lots of attention to detail. Everything you could want or need in the kitchen. Loved having the nugget ice machine. We enjoyed the Expresso machine. ( nice touch) The master bedroom was a private oasis! Enjoyed having our morning coffee and looking at the beautiful ocean from the bed. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up! The baths all had Bath and Body Works products which was a nice treat. Beautiful Home and Location! Highly recommend this house and the owners were great!

Amazing!

This property is beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice. We loved being directly on the beach and the private access. Having everything on one level was great. The split bedroom plan was ideal so everyone had privacy. The children loved the restoration hardware bunk area. Loved being able to hear the waves from the house. Enjoyed having meals and drinks on the spacious deck. The glass railings made for spectacular views. The farm table with bench seating was perfect for dining and games for our large family. Gourmet kitchen was fully stocked which was appreciated as we enjoy cooking. Unbelievable sunsets and dolphin watching from the deck. No attention to detail was spared in this beautiful home. The owners were easy to work with and answered any questions. We will be back!
