Brand New LUXURY Lakefront Mansion sur un domaine de style Resort absolument incroyable sur plus de 2 hectares. Il a quelque chose pour tout le monde. Étendez-vous au bord de la piscine, détendez-vous dans le bain à remous ou installez-vous dans la salle de jeux. Regarder le lever ou le coucher du soleil sur le quai. Ou allez faire du tubing ou du wakeboard sur le lac. C'est à couper le souffle! Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous ou faites griller des guimauves sur le foyer après une longue journée à la plage, dans les parcs d'attractions ou au golf. 5 stars We had a great stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway.A few suggestions—adding a few more kitchen items would make cooking a bit easier, and having extra paper towels and garbage bags on hand would be helpful.Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely rent this home again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home, 0 luxury

The house itself is spacious and beautiful, but lacks simple maintenance and listed amenities. Stove knobs are stripped, making turning gas on (more importantly, OFF) difficult! No spare propane tanks as specified, existing tank barely got our burgers cooked. 5 Poolside umbrellas pictured in listing, there were 2 on site and both were very broken. Refrigerator leaks, having to keep a towel down on the kitchen floor at all times. Air conditioning in master bedroom front bedroom was not cooling, slept on a sofa in the living room for 2 nights because it was 79in those rooms (we had a full house). The front bedroom is missing the remote to control ceiling fan,and was set to super slow; a small room fan was on the floor but didn't work at all. Listing and welcome emails offer a gorgeous dock for use, but in reality it had been severely damaged from hurricane and hasn't been repaired. It is in NO WAY usable/safe for use. Photos show kayaks or canoes, but were too dirty and gross. Property manager did not respond to message sent on day 1 in VRBO app, and took 7 hours to respond via text the following day- hardly acknowledging and ZERO apology regarding our issues. We chose this property because of convenience to other family in nearby area, over properties of similar size and amenities that were 3/4 the cost. Definitely suffering some buyers regret on this trip. Simply, don't offer and charge for 'luxury' that can't be delivered.

Plenty of space for 11 guys! Stocked well with towels and toiletries! Pool area is great and house was located close to what we wanted to do! Would go again!

Beautiful home

The house was exactly as shown on the site. What attracted me to this house was the number of bedrooms and the fact that it didn't have bunkbeds. When you have adults no one wants to sleep on those. The house was immaculate. There was even highchairs and a Pac n play for the baby! The only issue we had was the hot tub didn't heat up and the light in the garage was out. I contacted the manager and he came and fixed it right away. I highly recommend this property.

Fabulous property. Amenties were perfect, pool, grill etc. Problem with the fire pit that we were not able to use. Knobs missing from wear and tear. PM was responsive as well. Would make my 1st choice when Im back in the area.

Loved it!

Property was the perfect place to gather with friends. Everyone had a separate bed which is a huge plus for 11 grown men. We chose to bring in a chef one night to enjoy dinning onsite by the pool. Wonderful time, great memories!

Great house for a big group

House was just as shown in the listing, well-suited for a large group. The house was clean and comfortable and check-in and check-out were easy and the host accommodated our early check-in request. Minor issue with the pool was addressed after contacting the host.

8 day get away

The home was beautiful as well as the location. We had a blast on the lake. A few things on listing were not accurate. The pictures definitely need to be updated bad. We had to clean the dock just to fish on it because it was solid green and slippery. The Kayaks were infested with spiders and spider eggs. We tried spraying but it was a lost cost. We couldn’t even use them at all. The kitchen is no longer fully stocked there were 5 spoons to 20 forks. Only one baking pan. It was missing a few other items. There were ants everywhere on back patio and the manager said he would have someone come out but no one ever did. The shower in master bath had hard water build up and not all the holes were working. The bathtub doesn’t seal to hold water. He was going to send someone never saw anyone. We were told the pool guys come twice a week and just confirmed with them they only come once a day. The pool isn’t screened in and it gets filled with bugs and debris fast. The washer is broken and when I messaged about it I never got a response. I feel the house needs a pause on renting for a week of TLC. It just needs to be restocked and needs a few maintenance repairs. The location is amazing. We had a blast with our jetskis on the lake. And fishing once we got the dock cleaned so it wasn’t dangerous to stand on. We would love to rent it again once the maintenance and TLC duties is taken care of.

Wonderful

We had 14 family members from all over the US stay at this house. The house was perfect for us to spend time together. Great floor plan and the game room was a blast. My daughter got married at the wedding retreat and the house was very close to the venue. I highly recommend this property.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our large group with plenty of space to spread out. Tom was super responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We stayed at this property for a golf trip for 14 people. The house was spacious, the pool + backyard area was well maintained and Tom was a terrific host. Highly recommend for your next trip to the Tampa area!

Great House

This house was perfect for our bachelor party. Beautiful backyard with a pool and jacuzzi. Secluded enough to not worry about noise complaints. Still close enough to spend time in Tampa Bay. Tom was a great host. Highly recommend.

Good stay

Overall it was a good stay. The house is beautiful and in a good location not too far from anything. A few minor things were upon entry the house had an odd smell like smoke I'm assuming from the prior renters. We sprayed a bunch of Lysol to help with that. Also, the white couch they have in the living room really needs to be replaced. It was dingy. We wiped it with Lysol wipes and got it as clean as we could but a white couch may not be the best choice for a rental property. Walls seems like they could be painted inside and the outside of the house was in desperate need of a powerwash. The bugs were probably the worse part of our stay. It was a swarm of love bugs. They were taking over!! Hundreds and hundreds of them. I've lived in Florida for a while and I've never seen anything like that. As much as the property charges, it may be a good idea to screen in the pool area. We didn't utilize it as much as we would have liked to due to the bugs. But again, the home was nice and very spacious. Easily accommodated 16 people. It had everything you needed from the coffee maker, laundry detergent, pots, pans etc.

Perfect place for our family to stay together while attending a wedding right around the corner. So fabulous to be able to stay all together instead of being in separate hotel rooms.

Fab venue for family gathering!

In town for daughter’s wedding. A group of family members stayed at this house and it fit us perfectly! Kids left with new pool floats, one that was a duck and is now named ‘sassa’ and the other now named ‘flint’. Lots of new memories and priceless moments. Didn’t need Busch Gardens nor Adv Island…the house was so spacious and enjoyable. Thank you Tom!

Amazing family getaway

The photos do not do this home justice. It was beautiful and impeccable. We had a great time gathering with family and were easily able to spread out and relax. The kids had a blast in the pool and we loved being able to bring out dogs with us.
