Very nice place to stay when visiting Bush Gardens. The drive was easy and short. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were awesome. Plenty of kitchen supplies, including coffee. The house was well equipped with towels and games.

The hostess was very thoughtful in the design of the home's amenities. The rooms are spacious. The home has modern aesthetics and comfortable common spaces. The pool is not heated but well maintained. We tried swimming, however, it was too cold for us. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Mattresses are firm, so for pillowtop lovers like me, you may need a topper or padding. My family enjoyed the gaming area and the home . Stayed 6 days

It is a wonderful home with many nice amenities. The owner is great with communication and showed up fast when a problem occurred. I would just encourage you to ask if plumbing has been fixed before you book. There was a serious plumbing problem that cut our stay in the home short but that could happen anytime and the owner was so good about trying to get it fixed but it was a bigger job than could be fixed while we stayed but she put us up in a hotel for a night and then reimbursed our money in a timely manner. We loved the house! It was great for our family getting together and stocked so we'll. I continue to give it 5 stars with the caveat that the plumbing is fixed.

Our rental looked very modern and was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We enjoyed the pool, the grill area and hot tub. My son played basketball in the basketball court. There was everything we needed to have a good week. The host, Carol, also provided a portable handicap ramp for my mom, as well as providing some chairs for us for the beach, as well as beach towels. She left us a welcome basket with some treats, and the rental had all the basic's such as laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. for the week.

Surprisingly large house and property. Just an overall well maintained property, inside and outside. The pool, hot tub, and yard space a large. The outdoor layout is well done. Location is very good. Very quiet neighborhood. Truly enjoyed our stay.

The house has been renovated very nicely. Everything is basically brand new on the interior of the house. The pool and hot tub are in good shape and were very clean when we arrived. They have a nice cabana and bar area next to the pool. Great you have a larger group hanging around the pool. We really don’t use it as we were in Downtown Tampa most of the time. Easy enough to get around. Overall the house will only get better as they make even more improvements. Ohh Master bathroom is crazy big! The ladies will love it.

This property was such a gem! It was just perfect for our girls weekend horse show at the fairgrounds. Less than a 10 minute drive from the grounds! The house was immaculate, updated, adorable, the pool and hot tub were super fun. The bedrooms were comfortable and accommodating for our group. I couldn’t have asked for more. We had a fantastic stay! The house is incredibly spacious, bright, and filled with natural light. It easily accommodated our group, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and would be perfect for two families traveling together.The location was very convenient—just a short drive to both Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. While the surrounding area felt more transitional than some visitors might expect, we always felt completely safe and comfortable at the home.What really set this property apart was the host. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered—from welcome snacks and bath salts by the hot tub to a working flashlight next to the bed. It was those small touches that made us feel truly at home.The backyard was a constant source of entertainment with the pool, basketball, and foosball, and the garage game room was an added bonus that kept everyone entertained.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this home again. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sunny Terrace in Tampa! From the very beginning, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions before the trip and making the planning process so easy. During our stay, they checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated.We were in town celebrating our daughter’s sweet sixteen, and the host went above and beyond by surprising her with a thoughtful gift bag of goodies. That personal touch meant so much to us and made the celebration even more special.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well kept—exactly what we were hoping for. It felt welcoming the moment we walked in and was the perfect place for our family to relax and celebrate together.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect for our group and we could be at Busch Gardens camp in under 10 minutes. There were two desks and good wifi which made working remotely smooth. The pool and hot tub were perfect and we used the great fire pit for s’mores and the basketball court! This place had plenty of beds and everything we could need for our half week stay including pool towels, shampoo and conditioner, coffee and laundry supplies. The kids loved the game room when the afternoon storms sent us inside! We would definitely return next year! Host was responsive and property as described in the listing.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean, the house was very nice, roomy, bright and uncluttered. The host was always available for questions and awfully nice. An added benefit was that it was convenient to other locations to visit. We would come back to stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed our time in Tampa at this home. The backyard with the pool and the hot tub is absolutely gorgeous, and it is the perfect place to have a pool day and just hangout. We loved spending time in the backyard. The rest of the house was also very nice on the inside and very clean and well kept, everything felt modern too. On top of that the host Carol was super responsive which is a huge plus, she would respond very quickly and provide all the information I was looking for. Nothing but great things to say about this home and the host. Would definitely book again!
