This property may require a $300 security deposit hold. It will be secured separately by the property before your arrival or at check-in.
* 🛶Return the kayaks, sups and life jackets where you get them
* 🔇 Quiet hours - 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
* 🏊Community pool hours - Sunrise to Sunset (subject to change; we do not manage the pool).
* 🚭No smoking of any kind or vaping is allowed inside the unit; a cleaning fee will be charged if the apartment has to be cleaned because of smoking or vaping inside the unit
* 📸Security cameras are outside the building, on each corner on the second floor; there are also cameras on some corners on the first floor of the building.
* ⏳Check-out is at 11:00 am, any unauthorised late check-out will be charged $100/hr. All late check-outs must be approved by the host before check-out time.
* 🙅No more guests/visitors than what was booked for, any extra guests/visitors need prior written approval, and extra fees may apply. The security deposit will be forfeited if not in compliance with this requirement.
