"Atlantic Splash" a une grande baie vitrée qui donne une vue beaucoup plus grande sur l'océan depuis le condo. Ce magnifique condo 1 chambre fait face au nord, avec une vue sur l'océan et une vue pittoresque sur les dunes jusqu'à la cÎte. Profitez du balcon privé avec bain à remous et meubles de terrasse en polywood. La cuisine est bien équipée et ravira tout cuisinier. Relaxing getaway!

Our first time in the Outer Banks! We had an amazing time. Beautiful location! Condo was perfect for a couple! We loved the hot tub and direct beach access. Check-in with just the code was easy as can be! Received a welcome packet with local guides which was so helpful! Great location - close to stores and restaurants. Elevator was great and made unloading the car a breeze!

Great location! Small issues

The location of the condo is perfect and just steps from the beach. It was great having a w/d in the condo. Check in and parking were a breeze. There are some smaller issues that need attention (black near vent in bedroom, light over stove out, one dining room lightbulb out, dust layer on hot tub cover, dishwasher soap doesn’t open), but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Getaway with elderly dog

We brought our almost 13 year old dog for what will probably be his last beach visit. Though the weather was chilly, he did get one good day on the beach. The condo was terrific. We especially loved the hot tub on cool nights.The only glitch was the one time we tried to use the TV in the bedroom: it doesn't have the same programming as the one in the living room. Or maybe it's that our 70 year old brains couldn't figure it out. No big deal.Thanks for a lovely time. We hope we'll be back!

Lovely End of Summer Getaway

We had a lovely time. The location of the property is perfect and the amenities are so convenient. Love that it’s directly on the beach and that we had storage units in the garage for all beach gear. The kids also loved the hot tub - a great addition. The only feedback would be standing water on the balcony after rain - it took three days to dry up. And the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. It’s the perfect size for one couple. A bit too small for our family of four. We are coming back next year to First Flight Retreats and plan to stay beachfront in a two bedroom. Thank you to the owner and property manager for a wonderful stay. Great to work with!

Unclean and unkept

Renting super easy but upon check-in found parts of condo very unclean. Entire balcony including windows and slider disgusting. Slider door and screen broke. This condo needs a deep cleaning “everywhere.” You can tell clean crew doesn’t touch vents, ceiling fans, baseboards or behind furniture. Rugs were very dirty. Advertisement did not meet reality.

Great location

The location of this condo can’t be beat. It’s right on the beach and in a central location to all attractions in the outer banks. The hot tub on the balcony is a wonderful way to relax, and the host company was very responsive. There are a few things in the condo that could use some updating - the bed frame is a bit wobbly and the headboard shakes and creaks, the bedroom doesn’t have any windows (there is a small window to the hallway but no natural sunlight) and the linens are a bit old and don’t stay on well. If you’re not planning to spend too much time in the condo, it’s a great place to sleep and recharge.

Wonderful Spot!

The condo was as described in the listing and very well kept/not cluttered. It was perfect for a quiet, off season stay! I don’t recall seeing mention of the spacious dog walk yard in the details (I could have missed it) but it was a very nice surprise (along with the poop bags)! Would definitely stay here again.

Bad Neighbors

My husband who is a stage 4 cancer survivor and whom just had emergency surgery less than a week prior to our trip, and I decided to keep our trip because even though he could not walk out on the beach or do anything else that he could still go out and enjoy the view from the balcony.The hot tub was cold the first entire day we got there so I didn’t get to use it .The view of the balcony is deceptive because over half of that view is 4-5 (3 story) party houses and there is absolutely no privacy on the balcony or in the tub because there are bright lights on these houses which are adjacent to the your (private) balcony.The house directly beside of us had about 8-10 children all under the ages of 12 left at the house alone in their pool and hot tub while their parents were getting drunk on the beach for those 2 days.Me and my husband were looking out and the ocean never minding all the noise from these unattended children climbing a 2 story terrace to get a ball throwing furniture in the pool .We we’re shaking our heads in disbelief when one of the children starting cussing us calling us slanderous names , and trying to call our dog off the balcony.We could not get in contact with the parents so the police had to be called. We contacted their property owners and ours a third party company which we were told by them it was there last night staying there and that the hot tub had to be repaired the day we came and maybe we could enjoy our last day as an explanation..The building the condo is in is nice and has nice people staying there and there is a convenient elevator, nice lawn area for the dogs, easy parking and conveniently located to attractions.

Looking for quiet on balcony- don’t stay here

Full disclosure I am a person that likes lots of quiet. It’s not the property’s fault but the balcony is directly next to the big party houses. Also, noise is prevalent from adjacent condo’s. If noise doesn’t bother you than the condo is nice. If noise and privacy is a concern keep looking. The hot tub broke and was not available our second week.
