Sweet Carolina est un condo spacieux moins cher qu'une chambre d'hôtel en bord de mer la moitié de sa taille. Il a une vue panoramique sur l'océan dans toute l'unité. Plus près de l'océan et vous seriez dans l'eau.

Sweet Carolina est une unité d'extrémité au premier étage dans une communauté calme en bord de mer. Il y a 2 chambres privées chacune avec leur propre lit king size et draps fournis avec un séjour hebdomadaire. Le condo dispose de 3 télévisions à écran plat pour votre plus grand plaisir. Il y a un balcon avec des chaises hautes donnant sur l'océan pour profiter de votre café du matin et d'un beau lever de soleil.

Quick Getaway

This was our first time in OBX. We came to relax and get some peace after the death of my Mom. It was just what we needed. The place was clean and very comfortable. Being right on the water was the best part. A short walk to the beach. I will definitely go back!

Beautiful location

The condo is everything that is advertised, even better. Most of the windows look out onto the ocean, the place was clean, spacious and we were able to have a relaxing time. Even though it is up a flight of stairs, there is an elevator in the building making it very accessible.

This unit is absolutely amazing! The views are unobstructed, the property grounds are very clean, quiet, and the staff is amazing! The unit is exactly as described and seen in photos. This was the perfect getaway.

Short Getaway

The property was exactly as depicted/described…. It is beautifully decorated and very well maintained/cleaned. Proximity to the beach = on it. Views cannot be beat. One of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in at the OBX. The owner was very responsive to questions. Went down to fish and write my wedding vows. Had a great time doing both. Highly recommend.

The place was very cute, a little musty when we got there, then I saw bugs! I know they are what people call water bugs, but bugs are bugs!! Can't stay in a place like that.

Great beach getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. Our trip was a last minute booking to make up for getting rained out by a hurricane earlier in the month, and we couldnt have stumbled on a better spot. Don't let the curb appeal of the building fool you, this unit is fully updated and fit our needs perfectly. The pool is well maintained and the beach access is convenient. We will be booking again for any trips to KDH.

A gem in Kill Devil Hills

This condo was absolutely perfect for our last minute mini vacation. From the ocean front views, location and wonderful beachy decor this was a win win all the way around for our family of four. We had a great time and can't wait to book our next visit.

This place was absolutely AMAZING. Communication with the owner was perfect. Condo was spotless and exactly as described and represented in the photos. It would not be possible to be closer to the beach. You are literally on the dune from the balcony, which is much more like your own personal deck. There were only 4 (me, my mom & my 2 daughters) but there were plenty of dishes as well as a coffee bar. The owner had supplied so much more that is in her listing. There were beach chairs and toys, puzzles and books & movies. There were spices in the cabinet. The pool was awesome with plenty of chairs and umbrellas as well as a restroom at the pool so you don't have to run back to the condo. It was just really a wonderful place to stay & if we go back to the outer banks we will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect for families

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 nights during May 2024. It was the best beach vacay we've had. I reserve my 5-star ratings for the best of the best, and this property earns it! This was the only property we've stayed in that looks better than its pictures. Everything was clean and safe. Nothing was broken. The property is fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacay, including board games, beach chairs, and complementary, unlimited K-cups for the Keurig machine. You're less than 100 feet from the waves. We could see dolphins swimming in the waves from our balcony! Many great restaurants and attractions are less then 30min drive. The host Jocely is super friendly and responds to questions often within the hour. We absolutely loved everything about this unit. Totally recommended!

Great stay right on the beach!

The place is really nice, at first I was a little worried since it’s on the ground floor, but the views were still wonderful and we couldn’t hear the people above us. The pool was very clean, but still too cold for us to get in! The unit has a lot of light and is well stocked. The bedroom facing the ocean gets a lot of morning sun so bring a sleeping mask if you’re sensitive to that. Lots of games and movies but we didn’t watch any tv because it was so peaceful and relaxing to hear the ocean. It’s close to grocery stores and restaurants. Really a great place, definitely recommend. Oh and Jocely was super responsive and helpful 😃

Amazing Stay for a Last Minute Trip

We decided to head to OBX (our first time) a week before our child’s spring break. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find a nice condo let alone one with a ocean view (I don’t think I can ever do without one now). We had a great stay and felt comfortable and safe. We world love to come back the future.

Beautiful long weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend in this great location to celebrate a birthday. It is shoulder season in mid March, which was great for us as the OBX was not crowded at all. The condo is steps from the beautiful beach, a great location. The property was clean, updated, and comfortable. It is a block from a Publix grocery store and easy access to many good restaurants. It also gave us easy access to the Wright Brothers National Memorial and Bodie Island Lighthouse. We also took an afternoon to drive an hour down the Cape Hatteras National Seashore (NC Highway 12) and see the Hatteras Lighthouse along with the beautiful undeveloped beaches in the national park property. We would definitely return to this property again.

Quick Get Away

This is a well appointed condo, with all the supplies you would need for a long or short stay. The condo is in close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Most importantly it is directly on the beach, with awesome ocean views. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

Wonderful honeymoon spot!

This was a beautiful condo for us to enjoy a brief 3 night honeymoon trip! The ocean view is spectacular off the deck, right on the beach! We enjoying seeing the islands as we drove to Hatteras one day, and had a wonderful dinner at the Kill Devil Grille. Jocely was a wonderful and caring owner, meeting all our all needs beyond expectation! We hope to return again sometime! Tom & Ellen
