Radiant floor heating throughout provides exceptional comfort without furnace blower dust & noise. Two gas fireplaces provide additional warmth and great ambience in the winter months. Each living area contains a full double sink bathroom, with an additional half bath in the larger living area, allowing maximum flexibility within groups. Downstairs you will find the finished garage with a ping pong table, cornhole and some casual seating. For those with an electric vehicle the car port has a level 2EV charger installed for your use. Enjoy the experience of an outside fire, bring your own wood and ax. A wonderful firepit and outdoor chairs overlooking the adjacent vineyard is available for your use.
