Sunseeker Haven situé au 302 24th St North Unit B à Bradenton Beach est une escapade de vacances lumineuse et lumineuse de deux chambres et deux salles de bains. Il est niché entre la magnifique baie d'Anna Maria et les eaux turquoises du golfe. Profitez de tout l'étage supérieur spacieux du condo à deux unités. Vous avez des portes françaises s'ouvrant sur votre balcon privé de 200 pieds carrés avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, les levers de soleil sont à couper le souffle! Nos plages de sable de sucre les mieux notées sont à seulement 3 minutes à pied au bout de cette rue résidentielle calme.

Sunseeker Haven est une retraite paisible comprenant un salon et salle à manger ouvert avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et mise à jour avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 52 pouces dans le salon et une télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces dans la chambre principale.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une salle de bain avec baignoire de jardin et douche. Il y a aussi un grand dressing. La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size avec salle de bains attenante. Il y a aussi un matelas gonflable queen.

Vous aurez également un garage pour une voiture et une place de stationnement réservée dans la rue. Profitez de votre temps dans cette maison de vacances loin de chez vous. Perfect beach getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the deck. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and beach gear. We especially loved having our morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water.The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and stress-free. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a fabulous week in AMI. Everything was perfect house was clean and well stocked and beds were comfortable. Watching sunrises each morning with a great view of the bay. Short walk to uncrowded beach at end of the street with chairs and umbrellas that fit into the beach cart easily. People at IVP were easy to communicate with and available via texts during our stay. Would return for sure.

Absolutely loved our vacation in Bradenton Beach.

Property was immaculate and we were very pleased with every aspect of this trip. Neighbors were very friendly and shared some great tips on restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Couldn’t be happier

Not only was this property accurately represented, but it was extremely clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a great relaxing getaway. Very quiet street and close to the beach.. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Thanks for making our experience an awesome one!

Clean and convenient!

Communications with the owner company was extremely clear and fast. Any time I had a call with question the property management was fast to pick up. The property was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to enjoy a dinner night. The location is excellent as well with a short less than five minute walk to the beach. Overall the property exceeded my expectations and I would be more than happy to stay again if we ever come back to Anna Maria!

Beautiful beach condo

Sunseeker Haven is just as wonderful as it is in the photos. We loved the balcony with dining table, relaxing chairs, grill, and view of the water...especially seeing the sunrise. Great new kitchen. Garage full of bikes and Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas was so helpful, and just a two block walk to the beach! Caution: do not park on the street in front of the condo, not even for 15 minutes. Street parking will get you a ticket, even though there are no No Parking signs anywhere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, we really enjoyed observing boat traffic in the Bay. Large bedrooms and common areas. Because of COVID we ate in a lot, kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. A plus is the secure garage to store golf clubs, beach equipment, bikes etc.

Ice maker didn’t work and even though I notified property manager when I arrived they couldn’t schedule a repair during the month I was there. Tv instructions would have been helpful. I’m glad they upgraded to a smart tv this year. Overall a very nice place.

Spring Break at Sunseeker Haven

The property was large and well-maintained. The location was great. You could see the bay side from the balcony and it was only blocks from the beach. It was also pretty quiet. Having access to the bikes in the garage as well as everything needed for the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, water toys) was a huge plus and we used it all multiple times. The bathroom decor was a bit dated and the showers could have used a better cleaning, and the floors could have been swept or vacuumed better, particularly in the bedrooms. Also, the utensils and kitchenware were not very clean (dishwasher issue?) and some of the cabinet handles were sticky. So, whoever cleans the place could do a better job. But, overall, the unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only small complaint we had was that you could hear the people in the unit below when they were out on their balcony, whether we were inside or out on our balcony. We would probably stay there again and recommend it to others.

Extremely well-equipped for 2-week stay

Our family stayed for two weeks during the winter of 2024 and found this a perfect place for us on Anna Maria Island. The condo has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one of the bathrooms can also be accessed from the hallway), as well as a pullout sofa (which we didn't need, but could be handy for a larger group). The kitchen was probably the best equipped rental we've ever stayed in, and the garage contained almost everything needed for outdoor activities, including a cart for hauling everything to the beach and bikes/bike helmets for tooling around the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is extremely quiet, a mix of rentals and owner-occupied homes. The condo is also located at one of the slimmest parts of the island, with the porch facing the bay just a block away and the gulf just three blocks in the other direction. The only two problems were that you have to climb two flights of stairs to the condo (minor for us but potentially a problem for those with disabilities) and you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach (although there are several nearby crosswalks and drivers seems fairly willing to stop for pedestrians). All in all, we'd recommend this rental to anyone staying for a while on Anna Maria Island.

Great unit, property depends on who is staying below

Very clean and spacious unit. Close walk to ocean. This unit is owned separately and managed by another company than the below unit. The below unit permits pets. So we listened to two very large dogs bark all week. The below unit tenants may have had the same instructions as our unit, or may not have. They left their belongings thrown all around the shared stairwell and downstairs, too (shoes, towels, swimsuits, wagons and chairs). The below unit tenants used their driveway for two cars, and with no regard to the fact that the upstairs unit was occupied by us, parked a huge truck in the small drive that led to the under unit parking. We had about eight inches to squeeze past in order to reach the stairway each evening. So, no fault to the unit we rented, but I’d caution that you won’t know who is staying below, nor their manners, given different rules and management. For this reason, I probably would not choose to rent this property again. It’s a shame as a few rotten eggs ruined it for the upstairs unit.

Everything you've ever wanted

Fabulous property! Very well laid out and classy decor! Location was great, just a few block walk from beach and quiet neighborhood. We found that the house had everything we needed. The property managers were wonderful as well and instructions were simple and easy to follow. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the extras like beach chairs, wagon and umbrella, without those we would have had a difficult time sitting for hours on the beach without turning into lobsters! Highly recommend this property and will have on my list to stay again!

Loved it!

We loved our vacation at Sunseeker Haven. The condo was roomy, comfortable and well equipped. The extras like bikes, chairs, wagon, etc was really nice. Location was fantastic. We enjoyed the view of the bay from the deck, and a short walk to the beach. Property manager was great to work with on check in/out.

My original plan was to secure a place for the entire month but I took what I could get. To my surprise and delight, this was a beautiful unit. I couldn’t have asked for more. The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean and filled with just the right amenities. My husband and I were very pleased with the unit and the rental manager was a pleasure with which to work.
