Sunseeker Haven situé au 302 24th St North Unit B à Bradenton Beach est une escapade de vacances lumineuse et lumineuse de deux chambres et deux salles de bains. Il est niché entre la magnifique baie d'Anna Maria et les eaux turquoises du golfe. Profitez de tout l'étage supérieur spacieux du condo à deux unités. Vous avez des portes françaises s'ouvrant sur votre balcon privé de 200 pieds carrés avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, les levers de soleil sont à couper le souffle! Nos plages de sable de sucre les mieux notées sont à seulement 3 minutes à pied au bout de cette rue résidentielle calme.

Sunseeker Haven est une retraite paisible comprenant un salon et salle à manger ouvert avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et mise à jour avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 52 pouces dans le salon et une télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces dans la chambre principale.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une salle de bain avec baignoire de jardin et douche. Il y a aussi un grand dressing. La deuxiĂšme chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size avec salle de bains attenante. Il y a aussi un matelas gonflable queen.

Vous aurez également un garage pour une voiture et une place de stationnement réservée dans la rue. Profitez de votre temps dans cette maison de vacances loin de chez vous. Dans le garage, il y a un chariot avec un parasol et 2 chaises de plage et serviettes de plage pour votre commodité de prendre le relais à la plage.

Great house for the beach. Kitchen lacked some basic essentials and cookware. King bed was uncomfortable and had large piece of foam on top of mattress. Stand up shower had great water pressure and shower head.

Perfect beach getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the deck. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and beach gear. We especially loved having our morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water.The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and stress-free. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

We loved our vacation at Sunseeker Haven. The condo was roomy, comfortable and well equipped. The extras like bikes, chairs, wagon, etc was really nice. Location was fantastic. We enjoyed the view of the bay from the deck, and a short walk to the beach. Property manager was great to work with on check in/out.

Not only was this property accurately represented, but it was extremely clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a great relaxing getaway. Very quiet street and close to the beach.. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Thanks for making our experience an awesome one!

Clean and convenient!

Communications with the owner company was extremely clear and fast. Any time I had a call with question the property management was fast to pick up. The property was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to enjoy a dinner night. The location is excellent as well with a short less than five minute walk to the beach. Overall the property exceeded my expectations and I would be more than happy to stay again if we ever come back to Anna Maria!

Everything you've ever wanted

Fabulous property! Very well laid out and classy decor! Location was great, just a few block walk from beach and quiet neighborhood. We found that the house had everything we needed. The property managers were wonderful as well and instructions were simple and easy to follow. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the extras like beach chairs, wagon and umbrella, without those we would have had a difficult time sitting for hours on the beach without turning into lobsters! Highly recommend this property and will have on my list to stay again!

Because of COVID we ate in a lot, kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. A plus is the secure garage to store golf clubs, beach equipment, bikes etc.

Beautiful beach condo

Sunseeker Haven is just as wonderful as it is in the photos. We loved the balcony with dining table, relaxing chairs, grill, and view of the water...especially seeing the sunrise. Great new kitchen. Garage full of bikes and Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas was so helpful, and just a two block walk to the beach! Caution: do not park on the street in front of the condo, not even for 15 minutes. Street parking will get you a ticket, even though there are no No Parking signs anywhere.

Ice maker didn’t work and even though I notified property manager when I arrived they couldn’t schedule a repair during the month I was there. Tv instructions would have been helpful. I’m glad they upgraded to a smart tv this year. Overall a very nice place.
