Our hosts were welcoming and always available if needed.The accommodation was immaculate with everything one could need and the beds were super comfy! The outlook was rural, restful and private..We really enjoyed the relaxed feel and the park like surroundings by Lake Karapiro rowing club with the Podium Cafe available for brunches .

Absolutely recommend Pincots Cottage and host Sue.Sue's booking confirmations and communications were prompt and clear. The 3-brm house was perfect for our group. Magic setting with peaceful farm and rolling hills outlook, spacious rooms and modern facilities. Super close to Lake Karapiro and Domain/cafe. The home-made condiment treats were a delicious bonus. Will definitely consider staying again when future events are held in Karapiro. Many thanks Sue.

Wonderful to host your family of 6. Plenty of room to spread around in the 3 bedrooms and living space. Great location as you found out by visiting Hobbiton, Waitomo caves and event some "yummy" local restaurants like Koi

Thank you Fiona. Full equipped kitchen means you can eat in or select one of the wonderful restaurants/cafes to eat out in Cambridge. Comfortable beds are so important for a relaxing stay, as is peace and quiet. No road noise - just country side views.

Our group of 14 had a wonderful relaxing week at Jasmina Estate. The location in Seminyak was great - easy access to Bintang Supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were all friendly, accessible and accommodated all of our wishes. We would highly recommend a stay in this villa.

Great cottage

Lovely stay in well equipped clean cottage with a great location near the lake. Great base for all the Waikato attractions.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean, all new appliances, & lovely and private. After a full day, a great place to return to, to unwind and relax. Would highly recommend this property.

Thank you Vicki. Please your large family group of nine enjoyed the stay in the self contained accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can either cook have a barbeque or travel down the road to some lovely restaurants in Cambridge

Wonderful place to stay in New Zealand

We love the property the views were great and the location was perfect. Sue was a great host and provided great insturctions of how to get there and information about the area. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

Lots to see and do in the area. Hobbiton, Rotorua, Waitomo Caves, black sand beaches on the west coast or golden sand on the East coast, native walks etc etc. Glad you all enjoyed your stay.

Lovely spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. We were there to visit Hobbiton and the glo caves. It was centrally located. We slept well and would stay again in the future.
