Windows on the Water se trouve dans le magnifique quartier fermé de Tantara Margarittaville. Cette belle maison est directement sur l'eau du canal principal avec vue sur l'eau à perte de vue !! Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques! La maison est relaxante et confortable. La maison vient d'être rénovée avec de nouveaux tapis, de la peinture, des meubles et de la literie. Il s'agit de 4 chambres complètes / 4 salles de bain. La maison est idéale pour une grande famille / groupes Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour tous! Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement meublée et de grandes chambres. Doit être de 25 à louer.

Ceci est une grande maison. Beaucoup de place pour toute la famille. 4 lits 4 salles de bain. 16 couchages. La maison est directement sur l'eau et offre une vue sur le grand lac depuis le bluff sur lequel elle se trouve. La 4ème chambre est une suite de belle-mère qui est au 3ème étage de la maison, séparée par des escaliers extérieurs. Toutes les chambres sont très grandes et ont toutes leurs propres terrasses. ~ La maison a une suite de belle-mère, qui est la 4ème chambre. Il est situé à l'extérieur de la maison par leurs propres escaliers privés. Il n'y a pas d'accès à l'intérieur de la maison. C'est très grand, privé et calme.

Family weekend

We had a great weekend at the Lake. The house was perfect for our group allowing each family to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a great family space when we were all together. Already looking forward to next year!

Gorgeous views

This house was very clean, comfortable and very spacious. We had 7 people in our group and there was enough room for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The decks are great and the view is awesome. Bedroom sizes are huge and the beds are comfortable, nicely stocked kitchen.

The property for our very good for the number of people we had. The pictures on the site did not portray the house correctly. There was no fireplace in the house. The dehumidifier had not been kept running so the mother in law suite had a musty smell and we could not use the closet because of the smell. Overall it was a nice vacation for our family of 11.

Great Stay

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Lakefront property, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and the accommodations of the property. It was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 16, and had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The view of the lake is breathtaking and we spent a lot of time lounging on the deck around the fire taking in the view. Property was well maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Jill was great to work with during our booking and any questions we needed she answered them right away.

The house was wonderful, the owner emailed me to disregard the check in for a house that wasn’t mine that I didn’t receive any information on, also the owner asked me some questions in the direct messages tab on vrbo that seemed like a scam, but everything worked out fine.

Great Location; Awsome View

This was a perfect property for our group of eight, (alhough, anymore may feel a little crowded in the common areas), definately just two in the kitchen at a time. Only one bedroom was accessible without stairs, something to keep in mind if that is an issue for you. Lake view was gorgeous, but no easy access to the lake on the property. Parking was easy, we were attending a function at Margaritaville and were able to walk or take a golf cart. Overall very pleased with the property.

Quiet with great view

We were a group of six who wanted to sit on the deck and watch the water and the sunset. This place was perfect. A little hard to find using the maps on our phones but once we got there it was very quiet and comfortable. It was mid week and early in the season so there were no neighbors that we could hear or who could hear us. Also, there was a problem with our original booking at the last minute and the management was very helpful in getting us into a new place. I also emailed the management with several questions and found them very responsive. The only problem we had was finding the trash dumpsters (not at the house but down the road and we couldn’t get the key to work). Since we were driving, we took the trash home but that wasn’t ideal.

I did not like this property

It is almost impossible to get hold of property manager and talk about issues. All Propane tanks were empty for grill and fire pit Light in deck were broken and refrigerators in bedrooms also were broken. I tried to contact the property manager but no response. Overall I didn't like their csutomer service

Not as expected

The property owner needs to upgrade there water system. The water coming out of the faucets had settlement in it. Could definitely invest in a water softener/filtration system. Toilets didn't flush well. Upon arrival the front door was left open, I'm assuming the housekeeper didn't shut the front door or lock it. The gas grill needs replaced badly. All the burners are rusted out and only work half way. There was still painters tape on the walls and ceiling.

Enjoyed our stay

The house is lovely and provided us with plenty of room to visit. It is comfortable and if the weather had been sunny, I’m sure I would have been full of light. The floor to ceiling windows gave us a spectacular view of the lake. A couple of things of note: There is a slight difference in the floor level into the kitchen, leaving a tiny step up. We all tripped on it a couple of times. If it cannot be fixed it would be nice to have it marked so it is obvious. Most of the bedrooms are down stairs from the main level. That was not a problem, but we were not expecting them to be below the living area. The mother in law suite is separate and has its own entrance as stated in the listing. However the stairs are narrow and when we saw it, it was dark. We chose not to use if because we were concerned about the stairs. Having stated that, we were not a bit inconvenienced and enjoyed the house.
