Cette maison de 5 chambres 5 salles de bain est vraiment incroyable. Wrap autour du pont donne des vues à 180 degrés. Spacieux salon dispose de plafonds voûtés et de superbes vues sur l'eau. Toutes les 5 chambres sont spacieuses récemment rénovées, sans frais épargnés et une vue imprenable sur l'eau. Chaque chambre a ses propres contrôles de température et la télévision par câble. L'emplacement est proche des magasins, des docks et des restaurants. Les étoiles la nuit sont vraiment spectaculaires en particulier de nouveau bain à remous! La maison accueillera confortablement un grand groupe. Le propriétaire essaiera de répondre aux demandes spéciales. Beaucoup de stationnement. Les bordereaux de bateau disponibles à Marina de TanTara. Piscine communautaire. Family Christmas in October!!!

The space worked great for home base for our family gathering Got early check-in and late check-out. Love the host very accommodating and helpful. Only issue was bed space. Couch converted to bed called queen but maybe long double. And one room was short a queen bed. Very nice outside area and roomie sitting space. Plan on making this a yearly event!!

Needs Maintenance

Beautiful place just needs to be fixed. Railing on deck borderline unsafe, Ants all over kitchen. Some appliances didn't work. Great Location.

Very nice stay

Everything was as expected. The house was large enough to comfortably sleep large numbers of guests. The only complaint is that the deck railing should be better secured.

Stay away

I've never written a review before. Here's my first: this place was was horrible. The dishwasher was completely broken and the rules state we are to load the dishwasher. It remains to be seen if extra charges will apply. The dryer was broke and they acknowledged this with a note on the dryer after we arrived. We had no access to laundry for the five (5) day stay. There was no toiletries other than toilet paper. We had no soap. The windows were broken, the sliding glass doors as well as screen doors did not work. The outdoor patio had 2' high weeds everywhere where we all got chiggars just to walk outside and consider outdoor seating and use of a fire pit. Worst of all, there were ants all over the property. This was a constant problem as they were everywhere, all over anything including ourselves.

Short family reunion at another’s property

Overall it was quite nice. Housed our 7 children and their families comfortably with the exception to the queen bed on the loft. It was too open for any privacy. Also the jet tub associated with that bathroom did not fill with enough hot water to test it. There was only one reliable door to the main deck and the hot tub was dirty. The dishwasher and outdoor grill did not work

Beautiful view from deck

The porch was amazing in its view of the lake. The room sizes were adequate and the bathrooms were clean. The kids really enjoyed their own room. Housekeeping could do a better job dusting and the floors could be cleaner. I had to dust the living room vent since it was filthy. Loved the hot tub and firepit but had to weed in order to use it. The dryer did not heat up so one could not dry any wash, top rack of the dishwasher was broken, the window in the kitchen was cracked, the lounge chairs backs were broken so one could not sit back on them, the light in the frig needed to be changed.

Family Vacation 2024

The house was spacious! The view from the deck was great! And sunsets were beautiful. We wanted to use the firepit but it was rusted out. Host was very accommodating. She sent over a new one immediately, which was very nice. However there were so many weeds in the area that we had to clear a path to use it. The house does need deep cleaning. Issues that were reported last year in the comments were never taken care of. Loose railings on the deck, broken deck chairs, sliding glass doors don’t slide, and they do have mold in the tracks. The TVs and Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. With a little TLC, this place would be awesome!

The place is ran down needs some maintenance.They advertise a hot tub but it was dirty,the grass area around it hadn’t been mowed the fire pit was rusted through so you could not use it one of the sliding doors leaked water when it rained and looked like it had black mold in the track the lights in the living area blinked off and on like there was a short in the system there were cob webs on the ceiling it was spacious enough and we liked the layout just needs to have some upkeep

Phenomenal place. The only issue I have is that we didn’t stay for more than one night. I would love to come back here. The check-in process was extremely simple and straightforward. My counterpart was accommodating and responsive. Everything went well.

Just what we needed

We were looking for a location for a long weekend getaway with our kids and grandkids to celebrate a family birthday. The size and layout of this property was the ideal accommodations for our needs. I would agree with other reviews that there are some maintenance items and a few hazards with the deck and railings that need addressing by the owners, but it was below zero temperatures and/or snowing for much of our stay, so we mainly were inside. The kitchen was well stocked with tableware, cookware, appliances and gadgets - more than I had anticipated, so we enjoyed cooking together during our time here. Beds/mattresses were a bit soft for my and my husband’s liking, but the sheets were high thread count and nice! View of the lake is spectacular and visible from several of the bedrooms, which also have deck/balconies (which didn’t use due to weather). Overall, this was a pleasant trip and great location for our gathering.

Stay was excellent and lake views were outstanding, especially at sundown. It would have been helpful if the property description indicated that the 5th bedroom is actually a sleeping loft, and you have to go down a flight of stairs to access the 5th bathroom.

Nice place from a distance

Stayed with my wife and friends on the weekend we got married. Pros: The house had plenty of room and is in a great location. No lake access, but very nice views. There was plenty of silverware, cups, plates etc, and coffee makers. Nice hot tub. Cons: One of the people in my party is a house inspector, and he said this place has been used and abused. The house had lots of spiderwebs in the bunk room. The railing on the back deck is loose and dangerous. All of the TVs are old and not worth watching. The house looks great at a distance, but up close there are lots of imperfections and isn't nearly as nice as the pictures on VRBO show. I wouldn't return as I did not find the house worth the price per night.

Girls Annual Weekend

The location was perfect! The view from the deck was amazing! The house itself I'm sure was a rock star back in the day! I loved the big spacious rooms along with all of the windows viewing the lake. The kitchen was equipped with lots of everything. The house was in need of a deep cleaning and some real maintenance work. The sliding class doors had standing water in the railing along with black mold. There were windows that were lined with what appeared to be packing tap. The hard wood floors were great but all of the bedrooms were carpet that had to be the original carpet from when it was built. The bunk room smelled like dogs and kids and the upstairs master room smelled like smoke. The hot tub and fire pit area was full of weeds so we didn't use it. We had to take apart the girl to clean and put it back together to use. The handle is broke so be careful with that. I don't normally complain but there was so much that was hard to overlook with the money we paid. All in all we had a great time but would have had a better time if we would have gotten what we paid for.

We made it work

We were misdirected about the shuttle service to and from the Margaritaville resort and Marina, but we were able to drive our own vehicles to and from to compensate. Our property owner was responsive and updated the changed swimming pool codes when we discovered the error. The house would benefit from a deep cleaning. Under beds, furniture, and throw rugs were dusty. Lightfixtures, inside cabinets, and closets were grimy. Surfaces and service ware were clean. We used our own disinfectant and air fresheners to improve our comfort level and meet our personal cleanliness standards. Linens were insuffient for our 12 adult guests, but the owner had additional linens sent over.

Incredible dramatic effects at the greatest location. Aside from the unparalleled views we have shopped all over to provide original art works, hand made pieces and coastal style furnishings comparable to the finest hotels. Close to Margaritaville restaurants, shops, activities and the Lake itself.
