Nous vous proposons deux chambres avec lits queen de qualité et un salon avec canapé convertible qui se prolonge en lit double. Décoré de façon créative avec un motif de ranch occidental, des touches spéciales de grandes serviettes moelleuses, des fournitures de cuisine essentielles et des articles de toilette. Great place to stay for an easy drive to U of A. Good beds, nice bathroom and enough room for relaxing in the living room.

The Ranch House is in a quiet neighborhood with a private and very lovely yard. We did quite a bit of porch-sitting. The house was artistically appointed and kitchen well supplied. Our host was very attentive to our needs. We loved our stay, as did our dog.

Comfy Tucson Ranch

Quaint, comfy, convenient and over all perfect for my friend and I to stay in Tucson for a few days. Personalized touches throughout the house that made the stay seem like staying at a friend’s getaway home instead of a rental. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Buying trip to Tucson

I was under the impression that this was a fenced in area (for my dog), however it is not. The listing made it seem like everything "outside" was shared, but that is not the case. One tenant gets one fire pit/area and the other tenant gets the other. Cant pick/no choice. The property is kind of tucked away and the driveway is tight and narrow. We missed it, and had to turn around and go back through. The laundry room smelled a bit like urine, and there was all kinds of leaves/debris in the washer. Overall didnt look clean. The furniture in the house is outdated and stained. The one recylined chair pictured in the listing had an ottoman, and it was broke, held together by one screw. My mother almost hurt her leg using it. The iron door lock/hook to the bathroom was broken and fell off when we tried to lock the bathroom door, almost got my toe (heavy as hell). The rugs in the bedroom were stained and nasty. The beds were uncomfortable. Kitchenware out dated. The decor was awful, and untasteful. No firewood available. So that i was not blamed/charged i contacted the "host" to advise of the broken items. At that point i was told the people that stayed prior to us was there for a week and they did a number.. I then used that time to ask about fire wood, and was told that "wood" was not provided. However, the host did come on the property later that day to bring some old wood from the back/woods part of the house. I will not stay here again. Totally embrassed by guests

Wow! This was a terrible case of NOT reading the listing. I am sorry that the listing was not the Taj Mahal and instead was the 1940's ranch Bungalow that you paid for. All the furniture shown in the pictures was the exact furniture that was in our home, old ranch furnishings to match the home, and new items where appropriate. We never say the property is fully fenced in. And all the dishes are new from 3 years ago with a few vintage items to fit the venue. The only real complaint here was the soiled rugs which I agree should have been changed out by my cleaning gal. Firewood is not promised but sometimes available. The ottoman was not discovered and an complete accident left by previous guest. And Seriously complaining that a driveway is hidden. PLEASE READ THE LISTING NEXT TIME.

Cute older home

It appears the house is divided into two rentals. The bedroom with the wooden bed shared a wall with the other rental. During the quiet of the night we heard everything. Not much different than in a hotel. Nice period decorations. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Outside courtyard cute.

perfect central location

We drove west to Tucson mountains and beyond, and east to Mt. Lemmon. This place was just about perfectly equidistant for such travels. Lovingly tended desert yard with cool cactus and vegetation, lots of birds, we happily sat out on front porch every evening to enjoy.

Great property in an historic Tucson neighborhood

Decorated to reflect a mid-20th-century ranchhouse, this property is beautifully decorated and comfortable. 2 beds, 1 bath with a spacious kitchen/dining area and living room. We REALLY enjoyed the front covered porch; perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and there's plenty of distance between houses. The back of the "Ranch House" adjoins another accommodation but as long as you are hanging out in the front, you have complete privacy. There's a "common area" consisting of a table and BBQ/grill, which was a bit awkward, but we were able to use the grill nightly without bothering our neighbors too much. Suitcase racks in the rooms were a nice touch. Plenty of plugs / sockets for USB / charging cords. TVs in every room. Super WiFi. Host is extremely responsive. Off-street parking for security (in rear of property). Property is within 15 minutes of downtown Tucson, very near Randolph Sports complex (golf, tennis) . Great towels, good shower. Host provided condiments / coffee on arrival. Washer / drier worked a treat. Super stay - we'll go back if we get the chance!

Nice, Quiet and Close to Amedities

Very nice and comfortable. Especially the beds, temporpedic matteresses were very nice. It had very easy access to stores, restaurants and anything else you would want or need. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, well appointed and good value

Robin is great to communicate with. When I first booked the reservation, it had to be changed due to an unforeseen issue. Robin was great and re-booked the two nights we stayed for the following week. We like the cottage because it is very quiet, and close to Banner University Medical Center. It is tastefully updated and is half the price of hotels in the same area. Thanks for everything Robin, Bob and Glenys
