Great location with easy entry and terrific communications from our hosts. Nice and clean house with all amenities we needed. Highly recommend! Thanks !!! HH
Quaint, comfy, convenient and over all perfect for my friend and I to stay in Tucson for a few days. Personalized touches throughout the house that made the stay seem like staying at a friendâs getaway home instead of a rental. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!
This property was absolutely perfect, very clean and neat and close to all we needed. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions and we will definitely be back.
We got this place in case a friend showed up but it was all to ourselves. Great location! and really nice place. Reminded me of grandma's houses in S CA. Great parking and quiet! Easy to buzz around town from and good internet with a tv in three rooms. Love the bathroom shower. Would stay again.
The Ranch was perfect for our needs while visiting family in Tucson. Very comfortable beds, extremely fluffy towels and a kitchen well appointed for cooking. The heating worked great as we encountered a cold snap. We loved the outdoor fire as well. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet. Robin and Bob were super helpful and kind. The visitors in the studio behind were lovely and respectful. We will definitely stay again.
We really enjoyed the ranch deck in yhe late afternoon to relax and visit aftet a hike.
The beds were comfortable and the streets had little traffic. The kitchen was a nice size for the four of us.
Only complaint , no hangers in one bedroom closet. Also the area was nice to walk in, but the ad was misleadong, not near the college.
It appears the house is divided into two rentals. The bedroom with the wooden bed shared a wall with the other rental. During the quiet of the night we heard everything. Not much different than in a hotel.
Nice period decorations. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Outside courtyard cute.
Nice little cottage with a lovely front patio to enjoy sun or shade and watch the birds. Seemed to be a good neighbourhood and very convenient. We never drove far to get supplies or go to attractions. Decor and comfort were top knotch although the kitchen supplies were a bit skimpy for an 11 day stay. ie one dishcloth and tea towel, 10 water glasses but only 1 wine glass, no garlic press, 3 bread knives but no chef's knife or decent paring knife for cutting vegetables. Minor things that made it a bit difficult to cook all our meals. However, lots of great places to eat cheap in Tucson so we did that instead.
This property was even BETTER than the listing would suggest. It's incredibly well decorated, which doesn't come through in the photos as well as it does in real life. It's not the most important part of a property, for sure, but it shows the owner really cares about this place! Everything was very clean and tidy, and I've actually never felt such fluffy towels. The entire process was streamlined and very simple. The host was easy to reach and very friendly. And, my personal favorite was how down to earth they were about pets. It's free fee (for now) assuming you do your due diligence as a pet owner and clean up after them and keep them under control. They even acknowledge that some dogs are couch dogs and only ask that you cover the furniture before letting them up. Very very reasonable, and our pups definitely appreciated getting to sleep on the couch just like at home. :) But even if you don't have pets, there's so much to love about this place. The shower is glorious and is stocked for you, so you don't have to bring shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen is a full kitchen and well stocked. I was able to easily find every tool I needed, and they even provided some coffee! And there was even a washer/dryer! (This was just the icing on the cake for us.) The location is perfect. We were about a ~5min drive from any errands we needed to run - Walmart, Petsmart, Wholefoods, etc. Our main attractions were breweries and hikes, and we were 10-15min from countless breweries and about half and hour from some amazing hikes. The Tucson District of Saguaro NP was right about 30min. Overall, this is for sure somewhere I would stay again if I ever come back through Tucson. Thank you to the hosts for an incredible stay!
We were here for the U of A graduation and this was close to that as well as our son's apartment. Quiet and exactly what we needed, we'll probably be back next year. Thank you!
We drove west to Tucson mountains and beyond, and east to Mt. Lemmon. This place was just about perfectly equidistant for such travels. Lovingly tended desert yard with cool cactus and vegetation, lots of birds, we happily sat out on front porch every evening to enjoy.
Decorated to reflect a mid-20th-century ranchhouse, this property is beautifully decorated and comfortable. 2 beds, 1 bath with a spacious kitchen/dining area and living room. We REALLY enjoyed the front covered porch; perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and there's plenty of distance between houses. The back of the "Ranch House" adjoins another accommodation but as long as you are hanging out in the front, you have complete privacy. There's a "common area" consisting of a table and BBQ/grill, which was a bit awkward, but we were able to use the grill nightly without bothering our neighbors too much. Suitcase racks in the rooms were a nice touch. Plenty of plugs / sockets for USB / charging cords. TVs in every room. Super WiFi. Host is extremely responsive. Off-street parking for security (in rear of property). Property is within 15 minutes of downtown Tucson, very near Randolph Sports complex (golf, tennis) . Great towels, good shower. Host provided condiments / coffee on arrival. Washer / drier worked a treat. Super stay - we'll go back if we get the chance!
Very nice and comfortable. Especially the beds, temporpedic matteresses were very nice. It had very easy access to stores, restaurants and anything else you would want or need. I would definitely stay here again.
Robin is great to communicate with. When I first booked the reservation, it had to be changed due to an unforeseen issue. Robin was great and re-booked the two nights we stayed for the following week. We like the cottage because it is very quiet, and close to Banner University Medical Center. It is tastefully updated and is half the price of hotels in the same area. Thanks for everything Robin,
Bob and Glenys
