Une belle villa au rez-de-chaussée avec sortie au port de plaisance. Luxueuse chambre principale avec salle de bain privée comprend à la fois une douche carrelée spacieuse et un bain à remous. Villa 116 dormira 8 (lits pour 6 plus un matelas pneumatique queen size), et comprend une buanderie complète, tous les appareils, une cuisine gastronomique, et plus encore. A fun week in Chincoteague

We had a great week at this property. Everything was maintained well both inside and out. We did have to vacuum and clean the floors when we arrived, but everything else in the unit was well maintained. We enjoyed being able to go fishing around the boat slips each evening.

Very clean and new

This property was exactly as described and pictured. Very nice open plan. Everything was clean and new. Mattresses were barely used and very comfortable. Location was convenient to downtown. Outdoor deck was very nice and the view was picturesque. It was chilly when we went but I am sure it’s a great place to unwind and relax during the warm evenings. Thank you.

Sunsets on the bay

We had a great time for the 2nd year in a row. We love being on the water and ground level access to the bay on one side and just steps from the pool on the other side.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in Sunset Bay villas for about 12 years now. Chincoteague Resort Realty has been great to work with during this time. The unit was clean when we arrived and well appointed. The dryer stopped working during our stay but CRR had someone out the next morning so we didn’t miss a beat with the laundry. The grounds are clean. There is a nice man that is on the grounds every day picking up trash, cleaning the pool, etc. We love the sunsets after dinner.

Best Weekend

This was our 2nd visit to Chincoteague while staying at Sunset Bay. Unit 116 was absolutely beautiful and clean. We love the first floor units with easy access to the dock to fish. We really have no complaints it was the perfect weekend getaway! We would stay in this unit again for sure!

Great Location, Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Bay. It was clean, spacious, and the after-hours check-in/check-out process was straightforward and easy. We enjoyed eating most meals on the patio overlooking the marina and the bay (the chairs out there are so comfortable!), and it was so convenient to everything! Most of the condo was quiet as there weren't many guests, and due to covid the pool and fitness areas were closed (totally fine - we were there to enjoy a quiet week away and see the wild ponies!) This is not an issue for most guests I imagine, but even though this is on the first/ground floor, there are still some stairs and/or a ramp to get to the first floor. Additionally, I was really looking forward to a hot tub. But, unfortunately even if the pool area was open it did not appear as though there is a hot tub on the property. It's possible one is tucked away in the pool area and was not visible, but we didn't see one. There is a spa/whirlpool tub in the main bedroom/bath that is in the listing and pictures, but alas no hot tub to be found. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to return to Chincoteague again soon!
