Cette propriété a un emplacement riche en commodités. Situé juste à côté de Memorial Park, vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le pont et profiter de la vue sur l'eau pendant que les enfants courent, jouent, font de la planche à roulettes, pêchent et crabe. Le premier étage est une pièce ouverte comprenant la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon (avec canapé-lit queen). Vous trouverez également une salle de bain complète à ce niveau. Le deuxième étage offre une chambre queen avec une terrasse privée qui offre une vue illimitée sur le canal Assateague. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et vous trouverez également une autre salle de bain complète à l'étage. Venez voir par vous-même! Perfect lodging, perfect location

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay here for our anniversary trip with our toddler. It was cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed being right on the water with the playground. Unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Amazing Vacation

We loved the townhouse - it was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable was available. And the view was spectacular - one morning we were able to see the ponies on the beach across the water from us! Would love to come back again!

Lovely house in a beautiful location

We really enjoyed our time at Channel Overlook. Being right at the park was so nice. The kids took advantage of the playground and park, and I enjoyed walking along the water each morning and evening. And even though we're on the east side of the island, we saw gorgeous sunsets every night. The house itself was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. It was nice to sit out on the porch and the balcony - and having a choice of either was great, depending on the time of day and temperature.

My husband caught lots of fish on the dock and I was able to enjoy walks around the park. The view was breathtaking and a joy to wake up to and end the evening with everyday.

Lovely property

This is a lovely place. The inside is comfortable and nicely arranged. It has a great view of the water for the porch sitters, as well as fishing, tennis and more for the people who like activities, so everyone in our family could find something to do when we were at the house. The master bedroom is lovely (have to like light in the morning unless they've since added curtains in addition to the blinds); the second bedroom is small, it has good light blocking. Small quibble. The washer and dryer are right off the main area so there is some noise when they are running.

Fall RoundUp Getaway

Clean, comfortable, quiet rental with water views from the porch. If you’re a fisherman or woman this property offers plenty of dock space within a short walk from your front steps. Or if you’re like me, you can enjoy drinking coffee and watching your family fish from the comfort of the front porch or balcony. We also enjoyed our first fall roundup watching the ponies run across the marsh and then watching them at the coral. What a beautiful site! The beach is a few short minutes away and don’t forget to stop in at the lighthouse on your way in. We (family of 3) would definitely recommend booking here and if you are a larger family rent both units and have the whole house to yourself! Thank you Lea!

Great location

We loved the location! There was a park right outside for the kids to play at, and we could go fishing off the pier just right outside as well. Perfect for us.

A good week at Channel Overlook. Perfect location and good accommodations for four adults. It took a little trial by error to get the t.v. working, as we were not familiar with the system. Not a big deal. Have stayed there one other time in the past, and would do so again.

I would have to say this was one of the absolute best stays we have ever had. The location was perfect, something to do for everyone including a 9 year old!! Without having to go anywhere. If possible I will definitely book here again. While everyone did their thing, I was able able to read two books this week!! Huge bonus for me!! The views were priceless, from morning til night, and even then the boats coming in and the lights house lit up was amazing.met some wonderful people who stayed beside us . We all loved this place, the fishing and crabbing was the best!!! We didn’t want to leave and we even got an extra day!

Lovely spot -- but need to bring linens

Property is great, location is great, easy access to park boat ramp for launching anything you like. Great parking, lovely little waterfront walk w piers in the park. Just need to bring sheets and towels.
