The house sits on a quarter of an acre lot with 3500 sq.ft air conditioned space. We have 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. We also have 2 balconies, a multi-use area with board games and puzzles. The bedrooms have walk in closets and shelving space. The master bedroom has private access to the backyard. We have a in home office space with free Wi-Fi. The living room has 2 sofa beds and a large screen with streaming services (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Vudu etc.). The fully equipped laundry room has is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished with an addition of a reverse osmosis filtration system, toaster oven, ice maker, waffle maker, coffee maker and blender. The dining room seats 8 with plenty of sofa seating. The large shaded backyard is lined with fruit trees and is a great place to enjoy a meal with family. It is equipped with a BBQ grill, fire pit, picnic bench, and lounge chairs. The driveway has a basketball hoop and can fit 4 vehicles as well as additional vehicles on the street.
