Panoramic vistas from the top floor with sweeping views of Madeira Bay Marina!

We loved starting our mornings by watching the sunrise from one of the balconies, then making our way down to the beach for the breathtaking sunsets. It’s only about 100 yards from the elevator to the sand, so we would set up a tent and cooler in the morning and come and go throughout the day, stopping by the pool and Jacuzzi along the way. The condo itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back again next year!

Perfect setting, close to the beach

This is a great unit, with a million dollar view from the sixth floor elevator lobby, and a very comfortable accommodation facing Boca Ciega Bay. Easy block to John’s Pass restaurants and shops, and miles of gorgeous beach just across the street. Larger than the last unit we rented at Madeira Bay. Master bed is very comfortable. Only issue is that second bedroom mattress is too soft.

Close to Canyon Lodge

Place is walking distance to the village, there was plenty for space for our group of 8 and the kitchen was stocked with supplies for our cooking needs. Overall, we had a great time and everyone was comfortable, highly recommend this place for big groups, will stay here again in the future.

Nice location

The place was nice, there was an issue with a door handle and weevil bugs in one of the bedrooms but the owners were quick to respond and came out to spray and fixed the handle. However, the spray didn’t completely rid the room of the bugs. We had to shut that room off and the kids had to sleep on the pullout couch. Besides that, the place was exactly as described. Parking was easy and convenient and everything was within walking distance.

Beautiful condo with some real problems

The condo looked exactly like it does in the ad, which is beautifully decorated and furnished. The view from the patio was nice. The management company was prompt and effective. The problems started with the stench of cigarette odor that blasted me in the face upon entering the unit. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and immediately contacted the iTrip guest services. They quickly replied and said they would have maintenance take care of it. They asked when we were leaving the next day (to go out), and arranged the treatment, which was an ozone generator that could not be operated with people around. We spent the night with all windows open, and when we returned from our outing the next day, the smell was gone. The thing that bothered me most (besides the odor) was that I had contacted the owner asking about their smoking policy and was told it wasn't allowed. Yet I found 2 ashtrays stored under the sink. Secondly, the ice made my bottled water taste terrible. It smelled like cat urine. Really, really bad. Luckily, the owner seemed to know about the problem because there were 2 empty ice trays in the freezer. I dumped all the bad ice out and washed the container. Then I began the process of making ice. I could get 6 trays frozen each day, but had to use my own bottled water. It was a nuisance. Thirdly, on our 5th night, at exactly 1 am, the smoke alarm started blaring. Once again, I made a call and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Fresh batteries replaced annually would have prevented that problem. The master bed was quite comfy, and I liked how it raised and lowered with the touch of a button. Sadly the 2nd bedroom mattress was lumpy and my son got a sore back. And lastly, our stay was in early February, and was quite cold and damp towards the end of our week. I turned on the heat, but it didn't reach the master bedroom or bath. I blasted it to 80 degrees and it still didn't warm the bathroom. It made for several cold showers. Speaking of which, the water pressure in both showers was very poor. I didn't bother the management about either of these problems but left a note for the owner. In conclusion, beautiful condo with some real problems.

Great location, perfect size for the 4 of us, loved the two balcony's! Kitchen was well equipped, nicely decorated and plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. Would definitely book here again!

The room and location was perfect for our fam! Pros: - Right across from public access and beach was clean and not busy at all - Love the walkabilty 
 at least 5 coffee places within 1/2 mile so I tried a new one every day and so many cute shops, tours and restaurants - Loved having the 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, wagon and small cooler - saw manatees in the bay behind us from our balcony - appreciated the starter supplies - pool is small, so it can get crowded but I loved the tanning ledge - beautiful sunsets skies Cons: Honestly, none
 small things - we weren’t sure where to put trash, there were some gnats upon arrival but we took care of it - TV in the family room turns on by itself 
 We never did figure it out, so we just turned the volume down all the way before we turned it off - elevator kinda slow but manageable - there were some benefits from my I-trip that I wish were a little clearer

Clean property, great location

We stayed here for a wedding. It was a great location. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The condo itself was very clean. Great view! Right across the street from the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Madeira Bay Resort Stay

Loved the stay at Madeira Bay Resort. Great access to the beach. Walking distance to St Johns Pass and access to shops and food. The room was clean and open concept. Deserves its 5-star rating. Reserved this trip through VRBO & iTrip Vacations. This is the second time I have used iTrip in Madeira Beach. Wonderful staff. Both times have made me feel valued as a guest. Offered quick response to my questions. Definitely would use iTrip again.

Great location

The stay was very nice. Nice view off the small balcony into the bay, saw a dolphin one morning. Easy walk across the street to the beach with crosswalk access. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Spacious living quarters with a nice beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. One disappointment, the dryer leaves black streaks/stains on your clothes.

Absolutely Outstanding!

This was our 2nd year coming to this unit and absolutely love it. The view of the bay from 3 different decks is one of our favorite parts. Close to the beach and the restaurants and shops at John's Pass makes it that much better. Everything about the unit is exceptional. We have tried different locations and different units and we loved this so much, we came back for a 2nd year. We're hoping to rent this again during another time of year soon.

Great location

This condo location was perfect. Beach access was right across the street and the beach wagon/buggy in the condo was awesome to drag the beach stuff right over. Easy short walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo had 6 chairs and two umbrellas when we left last Saturday so there was no need to rent anything.

Great location

Clean condo with a great view. On the main street so we could easily jump on the trolley or walk short distance to John’s Pass. The accommodations were perfect and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend this as a perfect place to stay.

Hesitant to book even with photos, but was very satisfied

This place is exactly like the photos. It was clean and well supplied for our 5 night stay. The location has beach access directly across street. The crosswalk is less than 20 feet from condo building front doors. The first businesses in Johns Pass are very quick 3 minute walk. Even the farthest businesses in John Pass are less than a 10 minute walk. The condo is just beautiful and the Hosts were very responsive to my text questions.
