Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. The shared common area spaces are yours to enjoy, filled with lush tropical vegetation, mature trees, 2 SWIMMING POOLS, a pergola with table and chairs, sun loungers, hammocks and a meditation nest.

The Neighborhood:
Inside a lovely nature-inspired complex just south of Tulum town, and a short ride to the beach offers:
- proximity to cute cafes, a variety of restaurants, bars, and roadside carts, and a general charming feel around this part of town!
- about 2.5 km | 1.5 miles to the center of Tulum town & the boutique and souvenir shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife, and more
- about 2.8 km | 1.7 miles the big grocery store called Chedraui
- easy access to Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes, and the incredible Tulum beach and beach road hot spots and famous dining options within a short drive.

There are so many great RESTAURANT choices in Tulum, but here are 3 we recommend:
- Kokoro (Japanese)
- Burrito Amor (Burritos of all kinds & great coffee and outdoorsy atmosphere)
- Pasha (Turkish/Mideastern)

Getting Around:
The condo is about 119 km/74 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.

Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.

Wi-Fi, TV, some bottled water, bed linens, and beach & bath towels are provided free during your stay. Also let us know if you need airport transport, we can help arrange it for you!

The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.

We also provide a few essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo but please note that these are not refilled during your stay. When you run out, you'll need to purchase more.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

There's no daily housekeeping but If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it can be arranged for an extra feel Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels; that's an add-on service.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glass/bottles, food, and coolers are not allowed in the pool. The use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.
