The Space:
Welcome to the chill vibes of TAO Tulum! Perfect for up to 6 pals to dive into all things Tulum, it's situated in a great spot, just a hop away from the beach road and those jaw-dropping Mayan Ruins in the National Park. Just a short drive away, you’ll have an array of boutique shops, delicious local eats, and an unlimited number of options for activities and eco-tours. Dive into the history and culture, or hit up the nearby beaches and cenotes for some serious relaxation and adventure!

As you step inside, you’ll experience the open-concept design seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas for enjoying meals and downtime together. There’s a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV that can connect to your own streaming accounts for your entertainment. The kitchen features all the essentials to prepare a basic meal, including a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to enjoying your vacation. There’s a breakfast bar with a couple of stools for dining indoors, or step outside onto your private patio, where you’ll have cushioned seating for enjoying a bite in the fresh air.

When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests, and the sofa can sleep 2 more if needed. The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second has a queen bed with a sink and mini fridge for added convenience. Both bedrooms have ample closet space for your belongings, wall-mounted TVs, A/C, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening shades in case you like to sleep in a little later.

When you aren’t out and about, there are some nice things to enjoy right on-site! Spend the day lounging by the beautiful pool, grill up some tasty treats on the communal BBQ, don’t miss your daily routine in the well-equipped fitness room, and visit the Yoga area where you can stretch, breathe, and be one with the gorgeous surroundings - all at the same time!

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 122 km | 76 mi from the Cancun Airport and 42 km | 26 mi from the new Tulum International Airport. Let us know if you need assistance with transportation. If you are arriving by car, there’s a free assigned parking space.

- We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed. Just let us know!
- Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.
- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival, you’ll need to first stop by the security booth to register and show your ID. The unit is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox.
