Enjoy the acclaimed Waikoloa Beach Resort from Vista E-103, a renovated and quiet 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo close to beaches, restaurants and shops. This spacious ground floor condo is one of the largest floor plans in the complex with over 1,400 square feet of indoor space and an additional 340 square feet of outdoor lanai space to enjoy evening meals while you watch a spectacular sunset. Brand new lanai furniture can seat up to 6 for dinner and the comfy chase lounges offer a nice outdoor space to read or snooze. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, HDTV and free WIFI make Vista E103 a perfect tropical get-away or longer-term rental!
The condo is fully furnished with all the essentials that you will need including a spacious and upgraded kitchen, dining and living area and 2 bedrooms each with their own private full bathroom. The two bedrooms comfortably sleep 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, plus we have a portable futon bed that can sleep one more person in either bedroom or make use of the large living room with another half bath attached. There are large wooden doors that can close off the entire two sides of windows making the living room a very restful additional bedroom.
A 5-minute walk to one of the nicest beaches on the Big Island, Anaehoomalu Bay, with pristine sand, snorkeling and other water activities where you will frequently see sea turtles and catch glimpses of whales in the distance. Also within walking distance of the Kings Shops, and a bit further, the Queen's MarketPlace where you'll find restaurants, galleries, groceries, shops, and entertainment.
There are gas grills and a covered pavilion available for your use. A business office and private parking space just outside your unit add to the convenience. These are the best built and most spacious condos in the Waikoloa Beach Resort making them very quiet and private. You'll never hear your upstairs neighbors from inside due to the solid construction!
For golf enthusiasts, you'll find the Waikoloa Beach Resort's Beach Course right next door and the Waikoloa Kings Course just a short walk from there. You can also walk to the Marriott and Hilton hotels for more activities, dining and entertainment.
This gated community is safe and quiet, and the sidewalks in the area have gentle lighting to make after-dinner strolls easy to navigate at night. The complex has a beautiful workout room and child-safe heated salt-water pool that is also great for swimming laps or relaxing in one of two hot tub/whirlpools.
Enjoy this pristine location and never leave the area, or use it as a well-located home base to explore the rest of the island. Drive south 20 minutes to the Kona airport and historic town of Kailua-Kona, or north toward more sandy beaches and then the ranching community of Waimea where you'll find horseback riding and others activities of the paniolo culture. Keep going east and you'll eventually get to the wetter side of the island near Hilo with tropical gardens and spectacular waterfalls.
