Saint Germain des Prés Superbe parisienne ~ A / C ~ plat

This beautiful apartment could not have been more perfect. The location is excellent; the neighborhood felt safe, warm, and welcoming, and we were close to everything...quaint boutiques, delicious cafes, and walking distance or a short ride to attractions and museums.

The apartment itself is just charming and purely Parisian…high embellished ceilings, tall windows allowing for light and views of wrought-iron balconies, spacious bedrooms and living area, and perfectly furnished. It is very neat and clean and well stocked with household items and everything you need to feel right at home from the minute you walk in the door.

Above all, Anne is just delightful! It is clear she takes great pride in her exceptional flat. It was a pleasure meeting her and we felt privileged to stay there. Anne went above and beyond by greeting us when we arrived, providing us with a tour of the flat and instructions on where everything was located (towels, dishes, etc.), directions on how to operate the appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc.), and expert advice on the best ways to get to the places we wanted to see while in Paris. She even arranged for our shuttle to and from the airport with an excellent (and reasonable) private shuttle service. In addition, she was available during our stay to answer any questions and she provided responsive and thorough communications prior to our arrival. A lovely lady and a wonderful experience!

We can’t wait to return to Paris and Anne will be our first point of contact, as we would love to stay there again on future trips abroad.

The flat was very nice. No negative comments to make. The air conditioning worked well - but note that it only blows in the two bedrooms. However, this is enough to keep the living room cool with the use of fans, which are provided.

I waited 42 years to fulfill my dream of visiting Paris & thanks to this apartment it more than lived up to my expectations! I was a little nervous because I’ve heard many stories of rentals in Europe with little space, no AC... but this flat was amazing. It had all the comforts of home and was in the absolute perfect location. We felt so safe & comfortable & the street was quiet at night so we slept peacefully. Just down the street you have everything you could want- a bakery, cafes, markets & shops. Down every side street there are more shops & cafes to discover.

The space in the flat was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed coming back to rest & occasionally brought back our cheese & baguette to enjoy a quiet French dinner. Many sights were in walking distance to our flat & if not we took Uber everywhere which was very easy. Anne, the owner, was so nice to work with. She helped me with anything I needed & was always in touch through email or text to answer any questions I had.

I could not be happier with this rental & would absolutely stay here again if I am lucky enough to return to Paris.

Perfect Parisian apartment in a great (and safe) neighborhood. The owner is delightful and extremely helpful prior to arrival (even setting up a shuttle from/to the airport) and very gracious and helpful upon arrival. Great cafes and boulangeries nearby, as well as Le Grand Epicerie, and a Metro stop. The perfect location and a great place to stay.

This lovely flat is exactly as advertised. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood very close to everything you could possibly want to see. Perhaps the most stellar part of the experience was our interaction with the homeowner. As other reviewers have mentioned, Anne is lovely to deal with. Answers all questions (and I asked quite a lot) immediately and accurately, and is unerringly polite and professional. I highly recommend this property.
