NOUVEAU! Cabine de luxe skis aux pieds avec bain à remous et terrasse

Thank you for staying at Burning Sky Lodge and for leaving a review! We hope you come back again some time.

We're glad you enjoyed the great house, fun vibe, amazing views of Wheeler Peak, and convenient ski-in/ski-out location! We appreciate your feedback regarding the living room seating and are excited to share that a brand-new large leather sectional was just installed this week to ensure maximum comfort for future stays. Thank you for helping us refine our guest experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We provide professional cleaning after every guest stay and are always available to assist with any questions or concerns during your visit. Had we known about any minor repairs needed during your stay, we would have been happy to address them promptly. The home is located in the mountains on dirt roads and does not have central air conditioning, which can contribute to more dust than in other areas. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and appreciate your feedback.

Tim, thank you so much for your kind words. Very happy your trip turned out great. We hope you come back to Burning Sky Lodge again some day!

Hi Brock, the homeowners would like to share the following: "Thanks for the great review! The views are definitely some of the best in the world. As new owners, we are interested in making Burning Sky Lodge a 5-star accommodation. As a result, we have purchased brand new beds, box springs, and mattress toppers for the beds along with numerous other upgrades and amenities we have recently added. Thanks again for staying at Burning Sky Lodge and we hope to host you again soon!"

We're glad you enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, clean hot tub, and convenient access to nearby hiking trails! We appreciate your feedback and apologize that the cleanliness did not meet our usual high standards. We have followed up with our home manager regarding your concerns, and a thorough deep cleaning was recently completed to ensure the home is spotless for future guests. Additionally, we've reinforced and secured the deck railing and boards, and we continue taking steps to keep the home refreshed and updated. Thank you for helping us improve our guest experience.

McKinlee, thank you so much for choosing our cabin for your family getaway and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about your recent loss and are glad that our cabin could provide a comforting space for your family during this time. We appreciate your feedback about the towels and the wood shavings from the beds. We’ll make sure to address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. As for the lighting, we understand how important a dark space can be for little ones to sleep. A suggestion that worked well for us is to place a crib in any of the three walk-in closets, which creates a darker, more secluded space for infants to rest. We hope that tip might be helpful for future visits. It sounds like you made the most of your time at the cabin, from skiing to enjoying the hot tub, and we’re thrilled to hear that it was the perfect retreat for your family. We would love to welcome you back anytime for another mountain escape! Safe travels, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything else.

Hi Jamie, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We are sorry the property was not completely up to standard after our remodel. We have now had a deep clean. We were glad to come and help with issues during your stay. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
