Récemment mis à jour avec les appareils en acier inoxydable, TV 4 "55" dans le salon avec Netflix et TV 40 "dans la chambre principale pour se détendre en soirée. Nouveaux tabourets de bar peinture fraîche et chaise de lecture dans Master Suite.

Ce condo de 1 chambre à coucher, 2 salles de bain avec vue sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique vous fera rapidement oublier tous vos soucis et vous lancera instantanément en mode vacances. L'unité a un balcon privé avec deux ensembles de chaises / tables à haut dossier pour voir le sable blanc de sucre qui vous attend ci-dessous. L'unité dispose d'une suite Master BR avec lit king et salle de bain principale attachée. Les lits superposés dans le couloir sont parfaits pour les plus petits et sont situés directement en face de la 2e salle de bain complète. De nouveaux rideaux, un canapé-lit et une chaise de lecture dans le salon rendent cette unité parfaite pour accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. L'unité comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, du linge de maison / des serviettes, un radio-réveil, un fer à repasser, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge ainsi qu'un kit de départ comprenant du savon à vaisselle, du détergent à lessive, du papier absorbant, des sacs poubelle, etc.

Internet haute vitesse sans fil gratuit, téléviseur à écran plat avec câble et lecteur DVD pour vous divertir pendant que vous vous rechargez pour une autre journée à la plage ou avant de vous diriger vers Pier Park pour dîner, faire les boutiques et vous divertir.

Great experience!

We enjoyed our stay in 1803E! The condo was clean and beautiful! The elevators were fast and the beach was gorgeous! The pools were large and the park garage attached to the building was so nice! Will definitely go back!

Easy family beach trip!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time during our stay at the Calypso. Our room was just as John said it would be: clean, spacious, and equipped with all luxuries that your home would offer. The resort and surrounding area was very easy to navigate. Such a convenient location with many restaurants, shops, and Pier Park nearby. John was incredible to work with. He made sure we had all necessary information and even checked in with us during our stay. A fabulous family beach trip!

Absolutely perfect!

My family and I were in desperate need of a staycation. We live just around 50 miles from here. The location was amazing. The view from the balcony, the condo itself, the full offerings of this place, absolutely AMAZING! John was so wonderful and attentive if we had issues but there absolutely were none. Condo is very clean and inviting. It was just absolutely what we needed and made a wonderful staycation for our family.

Beautiful View

This property has a beautiful view that I will never forget. My family is still talking about what a fantastic time we had. The beach was just an elevator ride and a few steps away. There is also lots to do nearby including restaurants and shopping. The accommodations were clean, pleasantly decorated, well stocked and comfortable. The host John was super nice, responsive and helpful. We will be returning soon!

Mr. Hughes was very attentive and responded quickly and politely. The property was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed to prepare breakfast each morning. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful fun & relaxing! Perfect beach get away!

We had the best time! With 4 girls it was so nice having two full baths and a comfortable place to sleep for everyone! We had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. We also had easy access to the beach and pools. The condo is located walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! The entire property was clean and well maintained. We loved every bit of our trip and we would definitely go back to the same spot! I recommend this property to anyone! It's a good location for family or a group of friends!

Nice condo that we really enjoyed

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning condo located on the 18th floor, with the breathtaking views. It was clear that the John takes great care in maintaining the condo, which added to the overall positive experience. He was always in touch with us and was very responsive and genuinely concerned about our comfort and satisfaction. This was our second stay in this resort and we can highly recommend this resort along with this beautiful condo. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Best Place to Stay in PCB

Where to start...first off John is by far the best Host you will ever meet! The level of communication is the best you will ever have. John is willing to work with you on anything you need. John's place is Amazing!! The view from the balcony is awesome! Everything you would need is there and the proximity to dinning and shopping can't be beat!! It took only 5 minute walk to the The Back Porch or the Peir! The beach chair service a great thing to have and was great not to have to worry about where to sit on the beach.

Great communication with the owner

I rented this unit for my mom and niece while my family and I stayed in a separate unit. I was immediately impressed by the communication from the owner in regards to the unit. We exhanged cell nunbers early on in the rental process and he was available for any questions regarding the unit. My mom & step dad are in their late 70’s and found the unit all they needed. They had no complaints other than the height of the bed. My mom went to the Wal-Mart, got a cheap step stool and said there was no issues and that the bed slept great. I plan to rent this unit again for my wife and I in the future contacting the owner directly. Unit was clean, perfectly decorated and everyone loved the chairs on the balcony.

Great Condo with a great view, on a great beach with a great owner. Did I say great?

We will stay here every time we can. The condo was perfect and the owner was very responsive. Very nicely furnished condo with an 18th floor view of the ocean and the pier, within walking distance of Pier Park. The included beach chair service was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable. The internet was very fast. We rarely waited over 30 seconds for an elevator. The parking garage across the street with the skywalk was very convenient. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. One of my favorite things was the "high" chairs and tables on the balcony.They were very comfortable and you could easily see over the railing. If we had any questions, we could text the owner and he would get back to us very quickly (I should have read the condo information and found the bedroom TV remotes in the side table). The condo felt like home and we hated to leave.

FABULOUS!!!!!!

1st of all you walk into a 18th floor view of the blue ocean, white sandy beach and we go.. AWEWW. LET GO DIWN THERE…The condo itself is great, everything you need and then some.. Clean, comfortable quick elevators, pool is also excellent cannot wait for another trip there next year.. Loved it!!!

Family vacation

This place was perfect! Very clean and excellent communication with John throughout our trip! He kept us updated on when the condo would be ready for our arrival and checked on us through the week. The beach chairs were nice to have with our stay, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Condo is within walking distance to lots of activities. We will definitely stay here again!

Honeymoon destination.

We loved the condo at 1803e in Calypso resort. With covid restrictions we did not want to leave the country for our honeymoon so opted for a Florida vacation. It was clean, had everything we needed and the view from the balcony of the ocean was spectacular! John the owner was very accommodating and answered all questions quickly. There is so much to do in the area as far as entertainment, water activities, restaurants, etc. We are going back next year for sure!

Beautiful Spring Break Trip!

From booking through stay John was an absolutely thorough and lovely host. He answered all questions and replies that I had in a quick and concise manner. The condo was gorgeous and views were breathtaking. We were fortunate for good weather and having the use of the seasonal beach chairs was a PLUS! Great family trip and location!

John is a retired Account Executive from Cummins Inc. and now personally manages two condos—903W and 1803E—while also actively participating in the Calypso Resort COA. Linda, also retired, worked in Accounting and Human Resources Management.

Family is central to their lives—they’re proud parents of two Eagle Scouts and a former college soccer player.
